No help no package Package just wasnt arriving. They sed wouldn't help until 8 weeks from last update. Pressed and pressed and eventually got a updated tracking which send it had been rejected by customs for missing or wrong information. Still wouldn't help until i got paypal involved. Now im told im blocked from future dealings

Useless customer service Useless customer service. Package delayed over a month. Company is refusing to credit until package actually arrives. So as a consumer, I would have to waist more time, waiting for package while my money being held, then waisting more time to contact the company again, waisting more time by going to post office to send the package back that was extremely late. Customer service reps just keep repeating same thing, with no resolution. Absolutely useless customer service. And this is after literally spending thousands of dollars with this company. Never again
