Really glad I did went with this company and sent my bag of holiday clothes on to Santiago - such a nice thing to have clean, non-hiking clothes post camino! No issues picking up my bag from the Santiago hostel La Salle, they give you a 20% discount on accom there for using Express Buricot which was great and the staff were friendly. Worth the money.

3 of us sent our luggage from St Jean Piad de Port, France to Santiago, Spain while we “experienced” the Camino for 2 weeks. Upon arrival In Santiago, 2 of the 3 bags arrived, mine being the lost one. I learned peace on the Camino and asked only that my bag be found. The lovely lady at Hotel LaSalle made her call to St Jean to find the bag was still there. The company stated they would ship it wherever my destination was to be. After kind exchange of words in email, the company sent the bag ASAP to my location and also returned the cost of the original fee in cash. Very impressed with how the company handled my situation.

We used Express Bourricot ,
to transfer us from Biarritz Airport to St Jean Pied de Port,
they brought us directly to our hotel in approx 1 hour,
we used their mountain Shuttle to split our walk to Roncesvalles into 2 days,
enabling us to enjoy the walk more and spend more time in St Jean P D P,
and also they transferred our backup luggage to Roncesvalles.

So Im walking the Camino and sent my bags on with this company unfortunately there was a mix up and my bag was sent to the hotel 2 minutes down the road from where is was staying. I can honestly say I experienced the absolute best customer service to date. It was efficent and caring and the sorted it in a short time. Cannot recommend enough

I took Express Borricot on Oct. 5 from Biarritz to StJPdP. I was first going to take it from Bayonne, but they advised me to take it from Biarritz instead to get more people to share the minibus. That was excellent advice. I not only paid much less that way but also met my first fellow walk mates (Roger and Nicky).

Nous avons utilisé ce service pour le transfert de nos bagages d'hotels en hotels pendant un circuit vélo.
Les bagages sont toujours arrivés avant nous à l'étape suivante et en bon état.
A cause des intempéries, nous étions bloqués avec nos vélos et Maialène a accepté d'ajouter, ce jour là, nos vélos avec les bagages ce qui nous a sauvé d'une étape dangereuse. Encore merci

Communication was a challenge but ultimately Express Bourricot was incredibly helpful in getting me from Biarritz to St Jean Pied de Port for the start of my Camino. They were friendly, quick and easy. Would definitely use them if ever doing the Camino Frances again and will recommend them to any friends doing the trail for sure!

Walking the Camino for just 4 days we arranged with Maialen to pick our bags up from Pamplona and take them to Saint Jean Pied de Port. They were there waiting for us, easy and no fuss. Walked to the office to pay and she was as lovely in person as via email.

Only good things to say about my experience with Express Bourricot. I was picked up on time and taken to my destination directly. The ride was beautiful, the music playing was enjoyable and the gentleman driving could not have been nicer. Price was fair - car was safe & clean, happy customer.
