Fantastic multi-day România tour with Nicolas! It was a fantastic multi day România 6 days experience with Nicolas! He was friendly and interesting, shared a lot about Romania and the sights during the tour. The vehicle & accommodations were comfortable and tour well paced with rest and toilet stops. Nicolas also brought us to great photo stops! Excellent trip; will highly recommend to anyone visiting Romania!

His knowledge of Romanian history and culture made it fun for us. The itinerary was well thought out. My parents felt safe and cared for the entire time. Nicolas was a wonderful guide. Amazing tour! It was 12.5 hours of fun in a super comfy van. Nicolas was fantastic—so knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and bubbly. He promised we’d see a castle that topped all others in Europe… and he was right! It was absolutely stunning and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Great lunch recommendation too. Unforgettable Two-Day Tour of Romania, Highly Recommend! I had such an amazing time on my two-day private tour in Romania. The first day took me to the Salina Salt Mines, which were absolutely fascinating and unlike anything I’ve seen before. On the second day, we explored the beautiful town of Brașov and visited Peles Castle and Bran Castle. Each stop was stunning and full of history.A big thank you to Daniel for organizing everything so smoothly and to our fantastic guide Nicolas, who made the whole experience even better with his knowledge, kindness, and great sense of humor. This tour was one of the highlights of my trip and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Romania.

Great Private Tour Experience! We had a great tour with Dan! I forgot that it was Easter and Peles Castle was closed. We were able to visit and take photos from the outside, which was fine, since my main interest was Bran. Dan also took us to Sinaia Monestary that was on the way. Dan was flexible, knowledgeable and we had a fabulous day!

Fun & interesting tour! The tour is one of the best tours we have been. The palaces were remarkable, we had so much fun. Mr Nicholas made the tour interesting; it was informative tour that we lost track of time; and a swift visit that we last minute booked it where it was arranged cohesively. Appreciating the great facilitation and the tour is highly recommended!

Splendid!! Daniel was such an excellent tour guide. There wasn’t one question he could not answer. He took his time, was flexible, and made everything happen smoothly. Highly recommend even if this costs more it’s worth it!!!! You get what you pay for and this guy is spectacular.

Many thanks for a nice tour to the Peleș Castle I visited the Peleș Castle with Nicolas. This was my second visit to this castle and I saw the complete tour this time. Nicolas told me many interesting information about the castle and I bought a very nice book about it. We also visited the Sinaia Monastery and the Caraiman Monastery. Nicolas talked to me about all the frescoes we saw. He was calm, friendly and patient when I wanted to take photos. I recommend this guide as a real gentleman who likes to share his knowledge. His offer of tours is impressive.

A fun and knowledgeable guide that cares!! My family scheduled three full day tours in Bucharest and Transylvania through Nicolas on our way to a river cruise. We also included pickup at the airport and drop-off at our cruise ship. The tours themselves were amazing, and highly recommended. Nicolas speaks great English, and has a great sense of humor to go with his immense knowledge. However, what really set Nicolas apart was the clear demonstration of how much he cared about us, and the experience we were having. It started right at the airport. The airline failed to get one of our bags on our plane, and the bag was not likely to arrive until after midnight. Nicolas insisted that, rather than have us use Bolt, Uber or a taxi to get the bag late that night, he would take us to retrieve the bag at no extra charge. He was concerned that our vacation was not ideal at its start, and he wanted to do everything he could to raise the quality of the experience. He had no part in causing our tough situation, but he was determined to do what he could to make it less painful. Who does that for people you have just met?? Nicolas is an excellent guide, but he is also just a really great guy that cares about other people and making their stay in his fine country as enjoyable as possible. That care was evident in all that we did together, which inevitably made him feel, after a short time, more like a friend than a mere service provider. I give him my strongest recommendation.

The COMPLETE Romania and Moldova trip, with a day trip to Transnistria I had a phenomenal trip with Nicholas. My goal with my trip was to feel like I hadn’t missed anything of note in Moldova and Romania and he was great at being flexible and creating a custom itinerary that worked with exactly what I wanted so that I left satisfied I’d done everything I wanted. From the time I was picked up at the airport to the time I was dropped off, everything was planned, well-timed and interesting. He put together an excellent itinerary, was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about history, customs and was always checking that the daily plan worked, with a flexible approach that ensured we could make the most of each day. I have travelled with many private guides in many countries and this trip was a great one. Highlights included the family beekeeping operation, the Transformigation Highway, the Merry Graveyard, the Danube Delta, the underground wine cellars in Moldova, the pelicans and shipwrecks off the coast of Sulina, the Salt Mines and the Memorial to the Victims of Communism and to the Resistance. I would definitely recommend Nicholas and am very pleased with how easy he made the trip, adding a very personal touch and affable approach.

Great 2-day tour with an excellent tour guide and a wonderful experience in Bucharest and surrounding Romania. Nicolas was our tour guide. He is both professional and personable. His English language skills are excellent. His expansive knowledge of Romania history, culture and heritage sites was extraordinary. An unforgettable trip Reaching the delta from Bucharest at dawn was exciting. Alin, Expert driver, took us to Tulcea where the boat was waiting for us. We ventured along the various arms of the delta, first at high speed and then more slowly to explore the rich flora along the banks and embankments of the Danube. The immense and solemn river welcomed us revealing the hidden beauty of its most suggestive corners. The trip ended, after lunch at a restaurant on the river, around 4:30 pm. Once the bus was back, Alin set course for Bucharest which we reached around 20:30. Unforgettable trip! Excellent value for money.
