Excellent service. Very responsive to initial call. Prompt at time agreed and then a really thorough job on a faulty lock that was reluctant to be removed!
Would strongly recommend if you need locks fitted/repaired etc.

After only a 30 sec call, the appointment was confirmed and Stuart arrived bang on time. Old lock removed, new high tech lock fitted, no mess, no fuss. Outstanding service and communication. 5*.
I would and will have no problem recommending Excell Locksmiths. Stuart even gave me some feedback to go back to the company that manufactured the old lock, to seek compensation for the need to change the lock in the first place.

Found Stuart on google and gave him a call as our door would not lock. Here within 45 minutes (despite the hour) and the faulty gearbox was replaced within 20 minutes. Fantastic service and a decent price!
