Christian and the lads at Evo Roofing are top class! We have a 3 bed semi which had a 93 year old slate roof which was not lined and needing replacing. We also needed our chimney breast repointing and new soffits and gutters. A fairly big job. Christian came out to quote us very quickly, was super pleasant and took time to understand what we wanted and explained what was possible/achievable. Not only that, he then itemised everything on the quote and double checked it prior to stating work. We had booked in the work for 8 weeks from quote. The quote was circa £2500 less than two other quotes I had…price was not my driver, although it helps. He included everything in that quote (scaffolding and skip too!!) and he was just top-class in how he went about business. He made sure the scaffolding guys were on site on the agreed day (they were a superb set of fellas too it must be said) and they had it up in a day and a half. Christian and his team took just under two days (weather forecast Thursday onward was grim) to get the entire job done!! Cleaned up, skip packed, and on their way. Incredible. He’s been excellent with communication and their craftsmanship and their manner was top class throughout. 100% recommend them to anyone.

Christian and his team have recently completed a complete roof replacement for our house. We were impressed with how diligently and professionally the whole team worked, keeping us updated with their progress throughout. We are thrilled with the results.

Christian and his team @ Evo roofing have done 2 full roofs for me over the couse of 2023 and 2024. They are an absolute pleasure to have on site and deal with. Their dedication, attentiveness, puncutuality, and attention to detail is impeccable. I don't even need to be on site when they are working, as I know that my job will be done to more than 100% satisfaction. Complete re-roof, preserved as much of our existing slate as possible and the rest in reclaimed slate, which is what we wanted. Excellent job, a great bunch of lads, and Christian was always available to consult and discuss progress. Highly recommended company.

Christian and his team worked so hard. They kept to their schedule and completed two roofs on adjoining semi detached houses in 4 days, including removing and lowering all 4 chimneys. We are so pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Evolution Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and very reasonably priced roofing company.

Highly Recommend – Evolution Roofing & Maintenance ltd have just finished a complete re-roof of my 1930s Semi in M20 South Manchester. Christian and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. I cannot fault their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. The team were extremely tidy, very polite, friendly, and even kept the noise down in consideration for my wife and I home working. The job took 8 days to complete and the price was highly competitive compared with other quotes I received. What I liked most is that Christian and his team took the time to explain the process of works and do some value-added jobs too including re-arranging my loft insulation which is something I have been putting off doing myself! Update: Despite the response from the company below. They didn’t turn up for a new roof date and ignored all calls. Further to this, the smaller job of re-flashing a chimney we had done six months ago has failed at the first sign of wet weather, again unable to contact them to assess the problem. ——— Really disappointed with the service from evolution roofing, who at first seemed to be a very professional team. Appears we've had a similar experience to somebody else reviewing a few months ago. Arranged for several roofers to quote for an extension roof replacement. Chose Christian and his team due to their perceived professionalism and reviews. However, we were told the work would be done in a couple of weeks at the start of June. Gave them the benefit of the doubt over the wet weather in July and eventually was given a further date of the 1st August. However, since then I've been unable to contact him with no replies to phone calls or messages. If delays had been communicated with us that would have been fine, but this has really left us in limbo. Now we're faced with the prospect of another winter with a leaking roof as everyone is booked up.

We’ve had a new roof with Evolution and they have been fantastic. Professional, tidy and great communication and really reasonable in price. Christian had previously done a flat roof on a bay window for us so we knew when we needed a full roof replacement he was the man for the job. He got to us quickly because we had damp coming through. His team had the whole thing done and dusted in no time and tidied up after aswell. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Christian has a great bunch of workers,each day they cleaned up after a day's works,very happy with work done by them,definitely recommend them ,even when work was finished, Christian came back and cleaned fascias & gutters.thanks again Christian &team

Over the moon with the service today Chris, I contacted him this morning after waking up with a water stained ceiling. It being a Saturday I did not expect him to call but he told me he would try his best to get to me today. True to his word he got to me and after having a quick look inside he found the issue within 5 minutes. He come back down to talk to me about it with pictures then proceed to repair the area that was letting water in. I couldn’t be any more pleased with his work.

I have struggled with looking for reliable roofers until I came across Christian at Evolution roofing. He was professional, reliable and efficient, a set of skills which are difficult to come across these days. A brilliant job and competitively priced, what more could one ask for! Highly recommended.
