Wij hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad met Evim Vloeren. In de winkel zijn we supergoed geholpen door Melek. Ze dacht echt met ons mee, gaf eerlijk advies en nam rustig de tijd om alles uit te leggen, wat wij erg prettig vonden.
De leggers hebben heel strak werk geleverd. De vloer ligt er perfect in, alles is netjes afgewerkt en ook de details langs de randen en hoeken zien er top uit. Ze werkten netjes en lieten alles schoon achter.
Van begin tot eind zijn we heel tevreden en we zouden Evim Vloeren zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience after purchase did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points.
From the beginning, we clearly inform all customers that we cannot provide an exact delivery time for flooring deliveries. Customers are not required to stay home all day, as our driver always calls in advance before arrival. If any product is delivered damaged, a replacement is, of course, provided.
Regarding the return of Plakplinten, our general terms and conditions clearly state that a 20% credit administration fee applies to returns. This is mentioned on page 4 under the section “Returns.” This has also been explained to you personally. If this information is still claimed to be unclear, unfortunately, there is nothing more we can add.
Our policy for credit invoices is a processing period of up to 14 days. During this time, we were informed that another Dutch-speaking person would contact us regarding the credit invoice. We waited for this call, but unfortunately, we were never contacted afterward.
Lastly, we strongly disagree with the statement that our website contains incorrect contact information. In our 15 years of business, you are the first customer to make this claim. All contact details on our website are correct, and we are open and reachable by phone and email every day.
We regret that you experienced our service this way, but we stand by our procedures and the information provided to our customers.

Goede ervaring met EVIM vloeren. Flexibel team, snelle service. Wij zijn erg blij met de visgraat PVC die op 2 verdiepingen ligt. Tevens hebben ze gezorgd voor een vochtdichte laag in ons souterrain, ter plekke naar een oplossing gezocht en binnen 2 dagen geregeld. Voor een eventueel volgend project in Amsterdam zou dit voor ons de go-to partij zijn.
Nooit mijn geld terug ontvangen van de producten die retour zijn gegaan na plaatsing van vloer. Inmiddels 1,5 jaar verder. Beloftes worden niet waar gemaakt. Er zijn goedkopere bedrijven met meer assortiment en die toch professioneler te werk gaan. Destijds voor Evim Vloeren gekozen, omdat ik vertrouwde op de service die ze hadden beloofd. Ik zou zeggen loop door, ga het gesprek niet aan, voorkom ellende! Ze komen namelijk hun eigen algemene voorwaardes niet eens na.

Laminaat gekocht voor 13,3m2 - ik had de plattegrond laten zien en vermeld dat er een grote kast in staat waar laminaat omheen wordt gelegd. Voor deze kleine ruimte hebben we nu meer dan 1,5 doos teveel aan laminaat. Eén onaangebroken doos wilde ik terugbrengen binnen 7 dagen. Nu nemen ze niks terug omdat dit in hun 'algemene voorwaarden' staat. Op hun website staat dat je mag retourneren binnen 14 werkdagen, maar op hun factuur vermelden ze dat het niet mag. Erg onduidelijk voor de klant.

Öncelikle siz kendiniz biraz saygılı olun, ondan sonra başkaları hakkında konuşun. Bir dükkândan çıkarken “gerizekâlı” ifadesini kullanmak ne demek? Siz kendinizi kim sanıyorsunuz? Bu, terbiyesizliktir. Üstüne bir de burada “suratsız” ifadesini kullanmanız, kesinlikle sizin haddiniz değildir.
İnsanları burada yanlış yönlendirmeyin. Bizim, müşteri memnuniyetine daima önem veren bir firma olduğumuzu herkes bilir.
