The people that live here is awesome! They are so nice. Now as far as management goes. From what I hear they charge way to much lot rent and have way to many stipulations. Still a nice retirement community.

A Very well kept neighborhood of modular homes. Some are older... but very well maintained... all of them. The residents appear to be neighborly and take care of one another with out being invasive. I might just try to get a place here when I retire. Blissfield MI has a community in town that is similar... and also appears to be a good place to live. Coach light is it's name, I think.
