After 15+ years of dealing with pool companies, Everclear is by far the best we've found. Karlie makes everything so easy. She's always quick to help and just genuinely great to work with. Her technicians do a fantastic job too, our pool is always sparkling, and they stay on top of the equipment before anything becomes a problem. We're so glad we found them. Can't recommend them enough!

Finding a good and reliable pool/spa service company or provider has been a challenge, but we've hit on one who has impressed us and wanted to share. Ever-Care was able to work us into their schedule and we are HAPPY! The owner, Evan Hersh, made an onsite visit to meet us and assess our needs and was professional and prompt. The crew person assigned to our spa, Eric, has been reliable, competent and a pleasure. I encourage you to reach out and see if they are a fit for you too!

They came over to assess my pool. Told me one thing and billed another. It seems as every month there was a new charge. I asked them to reattach a pool cap light that supposedly was off when the rep came to see the pool but that isn't true. It was on when he came. They said they'd fix it for free which they did but the next day I received an email insinuating that I was too demanding. They dropped ME! Discontinued my service immediately to which I thought was funny. Customer service not their thing, I see a review from Michael B last year that apparently feels strongly about their services as well. No way to run a business. GOOD LUCK!

We have struggled for years to find a good and reliable pool service and I can safely say that we have finally found that with Ever Care. We started working with them after our previous service allowed our pool to have an algae bloom right at the beginning of the summer. Ever Care worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue and get our pool blue and sparkling again. Since then, our technician (Jerry) has been absolutely fantastic at keeping it pristine. They’re great about informing us ahead of time about any potential adjustments to our monthly bill for things like annual algaecide treatments (and just overall being very communicative on things). We couldn’t be happier with them and I can’t recommend their services enough!!

EverCare is 100% reliable, and keeps our pool sparkling clean. We had them install our heater, and replace our filter over the past few years. They also can do plumbing and electrical including our burned out pool light—without draining the pool. They are reasonably priced too. Ned and Danny have done an outstanding job for us. You can’t do better than EverCare!

We had been using Evercare since Evan started his business 40+ years ago but had to let them go as we felt we were constantly being nickeled and dimed with additional costs as well as becoming non-responsive and unappreciative of this very long-term customer. Not sure if Evan has evolved to become this kind of owner or the business has sold within the last couple of years.

We have been with Evercare Pool for 3 years now and it is the only company that has kept our pool blue! Forrest, our pool servicer, is always responsive to answer our questions and concerns and let us know when he won't be there or has to change the day. Evercare also actually knows about pools and can fix something when it's broken. They aren't the least expensive but they are the best! You get what you pay for. Highly recommend using their services!

I contacted ever care early this week because I'm having a party this weekend and my pool wasnt looking so great. On the phone I told them this and they said they could come do a bid today and then come clean tomorrow. They were scheduled to come today for the bid between 1 PM and 3 PM and at 2:45 PM they texted me saying they were no longer coming and they would have to reschedule. When I asked if they could still come and clean tomorrow they just said sorry! no. They didn't even try to offer a solution when they knew it would now be too late to get another company out. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not use them.

Ned has been servicing my pool now for several months and it's a night and day difference compared to who I was previously using. He shows up consistently same time and day every week. And in the rare circumstances he needs to deviate he communicates in advance. The pool has been consistently sparkling clear since Ned took over.

They nickel and dime you for everything. They put in a pool heater 4 months ago and not heating correctly recently and want to charge to take a look. Pool cleaner well for 2 weeks, wants to charge for that. Up charge because gasoline prices higher. They say the guy that does just the cleaning will fix it but he has no experience with those issues. Poor service. Wants to charge for everything.

My new pool was neglected by my pool service and my neighbor recommend ever care pool service. The owner Evan explained everything to me and helped me with the issues I had. Gave me his cell number to call any time. Ned services my pool, very thoughtful patient and kind person. I text him with problems, can an instant reply even on weekends. Appreciate their service , SMS very clear about charges and my pool needs.
