I am remotely managing a family home in Texas, and am so happy a neighbor recommended Evenaire to me. They did great service on 2 aging units, and what really surprised me - looked up the warranty policy on the units (which I didn't know I had) which resulted in nice savings. More importantly, these guys are very communicative, respond quickly to questions, and they make their commitments. I highly recommend them.

6/14/24 Friday evening AC stopped working and contacted Evanaire, and Jennifer stayed in contact until Nick came by and took care of the problem. Cool air in a matter of hours not days. Highly recommend Evenaire.

We had no a/c in our house for a month due to insurance questioning everything that we had submitted to them. Jennifer and Nick went above and beyond by providing our insurance with clarification of work recommended. They provided fast service once work was approved. We recommend Evenaire to everyone that is having a/c issues. Small company with the big bang of a big one.

Wow! I am super lucky, I noticed that the overflow drain was dripping constantly, I called Evenaire, spoke with Jennifer. Evenaire installed my total unit 6 years ago AND Jennifer worked me, I called at 10 am, AND then at noon Nick from Evenaire A/C was at my home! He went straight to work, luckily it was just the overflow pan, the a/c unit is only 6 years old, the service was spot on!! HUGE customer service and professionalism. I am extremely happy with their customer service and their cost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Evenaire Heating & Air Conditioning, kudos to Jennifer and Nick (huge smiles)

We called Evenaire late on a Friday night. They were able to come out on Saturday and check our A/C unit, which had stopped getting cool. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient with me as I asked questions and he diagnosed/took care of the issue quickly. He explained the problem and let me know what we need to be doing to help the unit maintenance-wise. We have used a few different companies in the past but I think we found one we will stick with now.

Never fails, our outside compressor stopped working out of the blue Friday night at 10pm. The fans were spinning, but no compressor. Needlessly to say, our cold air was stopped. Thank you to Jennifer and Nick! Nick came over the next day (Saturday morning) and got us up and running again! He found some burnt wiring and the coil contactor damaged. He had the part on his truck and went to work. Thank y’all so much! We will definitely be using y'all in the future!

Jenifer set up a technician to come to my home within a couple hours. And their service price was almost half the price of other places I called. Even when I threw hurdles into scheduling due to work and kids she came up with solutions within seconds! Couldn’t recommend enough!!!!! Wish I could give SIX STARS!!!

I called them and they remediated the problem in the same day, matter of hours. They even knew what the problem was before getting to my home, and they fixed it right away within hours. The Evenaire group is amazing!! We have used them a few times, but most recently, with an entire new HVAC install. Although it wasn't something we were prepared for, they made the entire process painless and efficient. They also completely respected our home and left it just as clean as when they entered. It is obvious why they were voted "Best in Hutto." Highly recommend!!

The promise (and curse for some) of the internet is that everything will soon be know about a business' performance. Those who do well by their customers will be rewarded with good reviews. EVENAIRE is just a FANTASTIC, family run business. My HVAC system died. I made a service appointment with them. Jennifer called me on the day of the appointment telling me when Nick would arrive. He arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and replaced a faulty thermostat. All is now toasty. :-) I am BEYOND PLEASED with EVENAIRE. Good Job Nick and Jennifer.

Had system stop working during this time of freezing temps, they were able to dispatch Nick and he had my heating back up and running with in the hour of me calling them, great service, great people, thanks again.

I test HVAC systems for Code enforcement and Green Building / Energy Efficiency programs, and Evenaire is who I call to service mine. Friendly, insanely reliable, and their work is top notch.

Last week my home downstairs HVAC system cratered and began the search process for replacement. Of the four companies contacted (three came on-site and one was over 1.5 hours late for their 2 hour appointment window) one clearly stood out with respect to equipment quality, value/ROI, transparency, knowledge, punctuality and overall competence: Evenaire ex-Pflugerville. They are locally owned and managed. Nick walked me through the process, was informative without the hard sell and supplied written replacement options within 20 minutes. Installation was top-notch (received quotes on a Thursday/system on-line the following Tuesday), financing was expedient/excellent terms and his two-man team were conscientious with respect to my home inside and out, e.g. drop cloths, no damage, removed all traces of the old system (even swept the floors) and were in and out within 4 hours. Two words sums them up: Consummate Professionals.

TL:DR Experience with Evenaire was beyond great. If you need HVAC support North of Austin I'd stop looking and call them. They were quick, honest, professional and overall amazing. Read below for details on my experience. I called Jennifer with Evenaire at noon after not being able to figure out why my furnace wasnt working.. theyre understandably swamped, first chill of the season and first availability was tomorrow.. so I let her know I'd call around a bit.. I called around, and after about 7 calls they were still the cheapest and soonest appointment, so I called Jennifer back and booked. Jennifer let me know she'd try to fit us in today if she could, but i didnt have high hopes for that haha. --but lo and helold she called back an hour or so later daying she was able to fit me into Nick's schedule same day!! Very awesome, as we have a newborn and don't want the house getting as cold as it did yesterday.. Jennifer said he needed to finish up a call, head to another after that one, then would be heading our way. I got a text from Jennifer at every step of the way, so I knew pretty much exactly when to expect him.. crazy awesome of them, anyone who has a sleeping baby and dogs in the house knows.. haha. I didn't request this, they just are that great?? Anyway, Nick gets here and has the issue fixed in literally a few seconds. There is an auxiliary temperature sensor on and out side of my Lennox heater which was reading the furnace at 180 degrees thus keeping the machine from firing up.. He was in and out, super curtious, very professional and while he could have charged me for a bad induction motor, (which I thought was the problem after my noob diy inspection lol) he honestly billed and repaired the system.. were back in action.. and my family now has a new go to for HVAC in Round Rock. Thank you Nick and Jennifer from Evenaire! Such a refreshing experience after dealing with some of the other HVAC business in the area.. I went into it kinda jaded, but man did they deliver haha. their service was just so awesome I had to write something up about it. Srsly stop looking for another company and call these guys if you're considering it. :)

Nick was great! Patched up some air duct leaks, serviced two condensers and installed our thermostat. Will definitely be using Evenaire again. Thanks!

I recently got service for damaged a device of AC. I called them and called back as quickly as possible. And he came the next day and fixed the AC. Their service is fast and professional. I am so satisfied with the service.
