Liebevoll historisch-verspieltes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. ☺Frühstück und Lage sowieso, aber vor allem die zahllosen Bilder, Figuren etc. um das Thema Spanien-Mexiko-Cortés-Azteken---! Die Gestaltung und Farben des Hotels! Vielleicht sind die Leute da deswegen so freundlich?! ☹Damit hier etwas geschrieben wird: Ein permanentes Reparaturmanagement könnte kleine Schäden laufend beheben.

☺La ubicación es excelente y el personal ☹A las 11 de la noche no tenían un servicio de habitación, ningún restaurante abierto y en fin de semana y la mayoría de los restaurantes solo abren por la noche pero sólo hasta 10,30.

Overpriced and tired ☺ The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of food. The Michelin star restaurant on site is fantastic. The pool is large and warm. ☹ The bathroom flooded because the drain didn't work properly. The room was incredibly hot when we checked in and took hours to cool (the air con was left off at 32 degrees the room was awful). We weren't able to enjoy our evening in the balcony due to repair works banging all evening. We asked for a bed for our seven year old and we're given a cot for a baby. Nobody showed us how to get to any of the facilities on site. I asked Amy parking before hand and was asked to pay extra for this when we arrived. Overall it was a fairly stuffy place with a lot of problems and we paid an awful lot of money for it so it was hugely disappointing.
