Eurocoaches were brilliant from start to finish. Booking was simple and the team were quick to respond to any questions. Our coach was spotless, comfortable, and right on time. The driver was friendly, professional, and made the whole journey stress free. Everything ran smoothly which meant we could relax and enjoy the trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eurocoaches and will definitely use them again. Five stars all the way.
Used the Eurocoaches to get from Thornbury to Berkely (Gloucestershire)
Reliable, friendly bus drivers and have the £3 bus fares but it is sometimes still cheaper to get a return - return from Thornbury to Berkley £4.50 so two singles would have been £6!!
Been to Berkely twice recently one to visit the Jenner museum and once to Berkley Castle - used 62 Thornbury to Dursley and Number 207 Thornbury to Newton
Thank you for getting me to places other bus companies do not and far out out the way places as I do not have a car

Eurocoaches helped us out with a late booking. It took a while for them to confirm our booking but on the day we had excellent service. A lovely and well-prepared coach which arrived promptly. I rarely leave such harsh reviews, but my experience with this bus coach company was completely unacceptable. I arranged for a transfer weeks in advance, yet on the day of travel they bombarded me with excuses and outright lies.
• Constant delays and “last-minute” changes: Every hour or so, I’d get a new message promising they were “just ten minutes away” or “stuck in traffic.” Those ten minutes turned into hours.
• Unprofessional communication: Their representatives were rude and dismissive when I called for updates. Emails went unanswered for days, and phone calls were abruptly cut off.
• Repeated false assurances: Time and again they insisted they’d arrive “in five minutes” or “once the coach clears customs,” yet no vehicle ever showed.
• No follow-through or apology: After hours of waiting, they vanished completely—no coach, no refund, not even a sincere apology.
This level of unreliability and dishonesty made me miss my important engagement and left me scrambling for an alternative at the last moment. I strongly advise against booking with this company unless you want to risk wasted time, stress, and zero accountability.

We are extremely disappointed with this company. We had a confirmed booking to travel and the coach never showed up. When we contacted them, we were told the driver had overslept — which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This caused major disruption to our plans, and we won’t be using this service again.

I had a terrible experience with this bus company. From the start, they were completely unprofessional and unreliable. They kept making one excuse after another, insisting on lie after lie about delays and changes. In the end, they didn’t even show up at all, leaving us stranded with no proper explanation or solution.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This is by far one of the worst transportation services I have ever dealt with

We booked a coach for my sister’s hen do and the service was excellent. The communication was also great in terms of the drop up and pick up locations. I would definitely recommend for a large group booking.
