The coach driver quit the day of the wedding. Nothing was communicated and the coach company did nothing to rectify this. Guests were left stranded 100+ miles from the venue. They're too unreliable, AVOID!

Absolutely unacceptable service. A coach was booked and fully paid for to transport guests to a wedding, yet it simply never arrived on the day. There was no warning, no communication, and attempts to contact the company, including the emergency number, were ignored.
Over 30 guests were left stranded on what was meant to be an important and carefully planned day. Several of us, already well en route had to rush back, collect our own cars, and return to transport people ourselves. This caused significant delays, stress, and disruption, and resulted in guests arriving hours late to the wedding.
A last-minute cancellation is bad enough, but a complete no-show with zero communication is inexcusable. For an event transport provider, reliability and communication are the absolute minimum expectation, and this company failed on both counts.
I would strongly advise anyone organising an important event to avoid this company.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service.
A coach was booked and fully paid for over 30 people to attend a wedding, yet it never turned up on the day. There was no communication, no warning, and calls (including the emergency line) were ignored.
It was only after chasing that it was confirmed the coach wasn’t coming at all, leaving everyone stranded and causing major disruption and delays.
A complete failure in communication and reliability. Would not trust this company with any important booking or bookings in general for that matter.

Our booking was made well in advance, yet they cancelled at the last minute — just an hour before the trip — with zero communication. Absolutely shocking service. I was left with no choice but to pay £400 for a taxi to attend a wedding because they failed to inform us they weren’t coming. No communication and no accountability. They were quick to take payment but completely unreliable when it mattered most. Incompetence comes to mind. Avoid at all costs.

If I could have given 0 stars I would.
Extremely disappointed with Eurostar’s service. Our journey was cancelled at the last minute with very little communication or support provided. This completely disrupted our plans and ended up ruining an important event we had organised well in advance.
What made the situation worse was the lack of clear updates or guidance on what to do next. We were left scrambling to find an alternative at short notice, which cost us significantly more money and caused a great deal of stress.
While delays and cancellation can happen, the way this was handled was unacceptable.

Absolutely appalling service from Eurocoaches / Eurotaxis.
We booked and fully paid for a coach for 31 people to travel to our wedding, so they were fully aware this was a time-critical event. After confirming the booking, they then increased the price with an added fuel surcharge. To make matters worse, the newer terms they later tried to rely on were only provided after the booking had already been confirmed.
On the day itself, the coach never turned up.
There was no proactive contact, no warning, no update, and no attempt to let us know there was a problem. Instead, we were left chasing them while trying to manage a wedding morning. We spent hours on the phone, constantly calling, being ignored, and even having calls declined on their so-called emergency line.
In the end, the only way we managed to get any answer was by contacting their sister company, Euro Taxis, who eventually told us the coach was not coming at all and that apparently the driver had quit. That information should have come directly from Eurocoaches immediately, not through another company after endless chasing.
Because they failed to contact us in time, 31 people were left stranded without transport to a wedding. If they had informed us even slightly earlier, we could at least have tried to put a backup plan in place. Instead, by the time we finally got through to someone, the event had already started and it was far too late to organise a proper alternative.
Their failure caused major disruption, forced us into last-minute separate vehicles, delayed the wedding by around 2 hours, and created unnecessary stress and extra cost on what was supposed to be one of the most important days of our lives.
What makes it even worse is that even after the event, they still did not contact us.
We had to chase them again ourselves on Tuesday at 4pm just to make a complaint, when they should have been the ones immediately reaching out with an explanation, apology, and refund process.
This looks like a serious internal failure, possibly human error, but that is not an excuse. If you are trusted with transporting guests to a wedding, the bare minimum is communication.
They failed on every level: planning, communication, accountability, and service delivery.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company for an important event to think very carefully. We will be pursuing legal action, whether it takes a week or years, we will ensure this doesn’t happen again from this firm. Avoid, you’re better off walking yourselves.

It was a special day and I was slightly anxious that everything would work as planned as I hadn’t used euro minibus on a personal basis before - I needn’t have worried Driver Thom duly arrived and rang our doorbell right in cue. He was very friendly and accommodating and have strong praise for his service . We went Bristol to Bray for lunch Thom was flexible in timings coming back as lunch slightly overran . I had booked a 16 seater when I knew we only needed 8 which gave us more space but I still
I thought cost per person was reasonable - there was a small surcharge for fuel
Premium given petrol
Prices - i didn’t argue as it seemed fair although it came late in the day
Overall I would definitely use Eurocoaches again and recommend Thom as a driver

We’ve been using Eurocoaches for the past couple of years, and they have consistently provided an excellent service. As a group, we really appreciate how reliable they are — always on time, never late, and very well organised.
The drivers are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stands out is their punctuality, especially for airport transfers — when we return, they’re always there waiting for us, which gives us great peace of mind.
