I am a Dentist on the Big Island of Hawaii, I've been practicing for about over 5 years and the last 2 1/2 I have been using this lab for all of my porcelain/zirconia work (including implants). They have always been fantastic. More than half the time there is zero adjusting when delivering crowns, and the other times it just needs to be polished lightly in the contacts or occlusion to be perfect. Very little time in the op for deliveries. The 1 or 2 times there have been a slight issue they have been easy to work with and Adrian is fantastic. All that alone would earn them 5 stars in my book... The one thing that sends them above and beyond the other dental labs is that they took some extra time and effort to do a favor for may father. He wanted a crown with my mother's name on it. It came out amazing. I'm so excited to deliver!
I would recommend them to anyone.
