Best movers! They were fast and effective! Very patient and kind. I had a super last minute same day need for a move and they came through! Will be recommending and using again ☺️
Edit: I used them for my most recent move and they were TERRIBLE. It was extremely dissapointing. And their response to the their unprofessionalism was the most disappointing part. They are not client centered. And the movers are not competent. I do not recommend them.
Great experience from the start , you call they answer their phone, respond quickly, update and answer all your questions .
EJ & Avery were great, very professional, called with ETA, arrived then TCB . I highly recommend “Another Perfect Move” for residential or business .
Thank you, Guy! We're thrilled EJ & Avery provided such a great experience. We appreciate your recommendation! - Another Perfect Move

Unfortunately, my experience with Another Perfect Move reflects a serious lack of operational reliability and customer accountability.
My appointment was confirmed, scheduled, and planned around — yet only a few hours before arrival, the company abruptly canceled via text. No call. No follow-up. No attempt to provide alternatives or rectify the disruption they created.
This level of inconsistency suggests systemic issues in their scheduling, communication, and service management. When a company demonstrates that little regard for a customer’s time, it raises concerns about how they manage anything more complex than sending a confirmation message they don’t honor.
Simply put: If reliability, professionalism, and basic respect for clients matter to you, I strongly recommend selecting another mover.
We take all feedback seriously, and it is important to address the facts accurately and transparently so the public has a clear understanding of what occurred.
After reviewing our records, we must clarify the following:
1. No Required Information Was Ever Submitted Online
After the initial phone call, you were instructed to complete the online submission so our team could provide an accurate quote and create your job file.
This submission was never completed.
2. No Contract Was Issued Because No Deposit Was Paid
We cannot legally dispatch a crew or reserve your appointment without a signed contract and a paid deposit.
Because no information was submitted, no contract was generated and no deposit was ever made.
3. No Client Is Placed on Our Schedule Without a Deposit
For the protection of both parties, we only service confirmed clients who have:
Completed the online form
Received a written quote
Signed the contract
Paid the deposit
None of these steps were completed.
4. Requested Photos Were Sent After Business Hours
We requested photos of the garage you wanted organized so we could properly quote and schedule the job.
These photos were not sent until later in the evening, after business hours, long after our crews had already been dispatched on pre-scheduled moves.
5. We Cannot Cancel an Appointment That Was Never Confirmed
An appointment cannot be deemed “confirmed” without a contract and a deposit.
No job file existed, no reservation existed, and therefore no confirmed appointment ever existed.
6. Our Office Attempted to Contact You
We attempted to call, but the call went to voicemail.
By the time communication resumed, our crews were already completed for the day and could not be reassigned last-minute.
To the Public:
We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and transparent communication.
For the protection and fairness of all clients on our schedule, we do not accommodate unscheduled, last-minute requests without completed documentation and a deposit.
This ensures:
Crews are properly assigned
Jobs receive accurate estimates
Clients receive reliable service
We stand behind our policies because they ensure a smooth, professional experience for every confirmed customer.
If you would like to move forward with a properly scheduled service, we would be happy to assist you once the necessary steps are completed.
Another Perfect Move
Professional. Reliable. Accountable.
Thank you, Darragh! We're thrilled you had a great experience with Another Perfect Move. Looking forward to helping again!

I used this moving service back in April. Though the movers were great, they didn’t arrive during the time slot we switched to. So we had to reschedule for the next day which completely threw off my move out schedule. I recently moved out of the storage unit and found that my treadmill and desk were damaged. It wasn’t damaged prior to move in and I only noticed when moving out. I’m extremely disappointed because I even recommended them to a friend who moved out a few weeks later. If it wasn’t too late to request some compensation I absolutely would because I am truly truly upset about my damaged items.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear you recently discovered damage to your treadmill and desk, and we understand how upsetting that can be.
To make sure we address this properly, we do need to clarify a few important details:
1. We have not received any prior communication regarding damages.
We checked our records and did not find any email, text message, photos, or report from you about these items.
If you attempted to contact us, please forward or resend the message so we can review it.
2. Clients are advised to inspect items going into storage.
This is part of our policy to ensure everyone is aware of the condition of their belongings at the time of storage.
3. Items handled by other movers, friends, or family may incur damage outside of our care.
Since the items were discovered damaged after they were removed from the storage unit, and it appears other individuals assisted with that portion, it becomes difficult for us to determine when the damage occurred or who may be responsible.
4. We cannot assess or resolve an issue without timely documentation.
We always want to assist where possible, but proper notification allows us the opportunity to review and address concerns when they occur—not months later and after items have changed hands.
To the Public:
At Another Perfect Move, professionalism and accountability are core to our business. When concerns arise, we take them seriously and investigate thoroughly.
Timely communication and documentation are essential for us to provide fair and accurate support.
Another Perfect Move
Committed to professionalism, transparency, and customer care.

On October 22nd, we signed a contract with Another Perfect Move for a November 1st move. The contract clearly stated 3 movers, 1 truck, at $150/hour with a 1pm-3pm arrival window. We paid a $100 deposit and received confirmation showing "1 truck & 3 crew" in our booking portal. We specifically needed that 1-3pm window to reserve the freight elevator at our new building. Fast forward to moving day: at 1:30pm when the movers hadn't arrived, we called to check on their status. The owner said he'd look into it. At 2:13pm we called again, and a staff member told us we were only booked for 2 movers. She pulled up our portal and insisted it "only showed 2" and had "always showed 2." What she didn't know was that we had screenshots from before showing it clearly stated "1 truck & 3 crew." When we sent her proof, the tone changed completely. The company first claimed our portal screenshots weren't "binding" despite matching our contract. Then they said Lindsay never quoted us 3 movers on our calls. They sent us a recording of our initial inquiry call where 2 movers were discussed, but conveniently failed to send the second call where we finalized the booking with 3 movers before signing the contract. When we wouldn't back down, they threatened to cancel our move entirely and claimed sending 3 movers would "put them out of business." The owner even said he would have to fire Lindsay over this situation, which showed a complete lack of leadership. This clearly wasn't just Lindsay's fault, and throwing her under the bus to customers was unprofessional and cowardly. The movers later told us they were originally scheduled for our 3-person job, but management mistakenly sent all three of them to a different customer's 2-person job first. That customer refused to pay for the extra mover, so the company tried to pass that loss onto us by altering our booking from 3 to 2 movers in their system. The movers finally arrived at 5:19pm, 2 hours and 19 minutes past the contracted 1-3pm window, and worked professionally until nearly 9pm. The company told us the movers had another job after ours, which the movers confirmed was completely false. So to recap the company breached our written contract, altered our booking records when confronted with evidence they didn't know we had, provided selective call recordings, lied about subsequent moves, and only partially honored the agreement after we provided extensive documentation. Lindsay who handled our booking was professional and did nothing wrong, and the actual movers were excellent and hardworking despite being put in an impossible position by management. They deserve better. If there was truly a miscommunication, an honest company would have honored the signed contract, provided complete call recordings, taken responsibility for their scheduling error, and not altered records to hide evidence. Instead, we got deception, deflection, blame-shifting, and disrespect.
Update:
Thank you for your response. Please actually read this time, as your message contains several inaccuracies. There were two calls on October 22nd: the first was an initial inquiry discussing options including two movers, and the second was the booking confirmation where three movers were finalized before we signed the contract at 6:14 PM. You’ve only provided the first call while omitting the second, which confirms three movers. If you value “integrity and honesty,” provide the full second recording. Your $1,000 vs. $10,000 analogy is nonsense; contracts, even with minor errors, are legally binding. Bless your heart if you didn't know that. We’re not asking for anything we didn’t agree to you’re refusing to honor what was signed. Additionally, Lindsay personally told us you threatened to fire her over this during a category 4 typhoon really!?! You alls lack of leadership is astounding. Provide both October 22nd call recordings or stop claiming you have proof. Don't worry I'll wait...
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. After carefully reviewing the recorded phone call from your booking, it’s clear that only two movers at a rate of $150 were discussed.
At no point during that conversation was a third mover mentioned or included in the price. We’ve shared the recording with you so you can personally verify this information.
It appears there was a clerical error on our end in the written details, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We also understand and apologize for the delay in our arrival — this was due to unforeseen circumstances on a previous job that were unfortunately out of our control.
To put it into perspective, imagine a situation where a customer agrees to a quote over the phone for $1,000, but due to a simple typing mistake, someone accidentally adds an extra zero and it becomes $10,000.
Even though the recording clearly confirms the original amount, the customer still insists on the higher number. While we always aim to make every customer happy, it wouldn’t be fair—or honest—to honor something that was never agreed upon or paid for.
We truly value integrity and honesty in all our dealings, and we believe it’s important to address misunderstandings with clarity and fairness. In this case, the facts are straightforward, and we stand by what was confirmed in the recorded call.
We are glad that our representative’s did a great job including Linday who made a mistake potentially because she’s in the Philippines and currently witnessing category 4 typhoon storms.

We moved into our new home last month and APM did a fantastic job. The members of our moving team were courteous and friendly. We were impressed by how much care they took in wrapping the furniture and protecting the floors. They did not rush the process but did not lag either- the team was diligent and focused. If you value care of your property more than having the fastest/cheapest option out there, I would highly recommend using this company. Their price was competitive and fair, and we were not hit with any unexpected fees at the end except for a credit card fee, which was $50- so if you want to avoid that, be prepared to pay with cash/check/direct deposit.
Thank you, Maggie! We're thrilled you appreciated our service. Your satisfaction is our priority at Another Perfect Move!

The Owner, Tyrik, is rude and not personable. He lacks customer service skills. He hounded me for the money for my move before they even completed the move, calling me back to back as if I was going to stiff him, disrespectful. Avery & Crew saved the day by doing what I paid them to do except I'm missing the pegs to my bookcase as well as my entertainment console. Thank GOD Amazon had the pegs for one but I'm struggling to find replacements for the other expensive bookcase. Overall, Avery & Crew were very professional and personable. We even paid for them to have lunch, as a token of appreciation. I'm just bummed that my shit is missing, especially, too, I don't have all the screws for my TVs they took of my wall (upon which I asked them to put them in a sandwich bag and hand them to me); that didn't happen. I wouldn't use Another Perfect Move again, strictly because of the Owner. I don't appreciate how he handled me! I've asked for their insurance info so that I can file a claim so we'll see what happens next. The accusation that I was contacted by Another Perfect Move is a complete lie. Tyrik did contact me and his mover, A, several times while on the job for payment. He was offensive & aggressive. No, my items were not broke before this company moved my items. This is completely ridiculous and I will never recommend this company for any move. I have no reason to lie and will not start. The Owner is a joke and I was hounded like a dog. It was to the point that his workers even became irritated with his calls while moving. Harassment! I have call records. This is insane! Never again! He has no insurance because if he did, he would have called and gave me the information. However, good way to respond as if you cared. I took pictures of my items before the move. Who would pay to move broke items???!!! Total joke! Let me know your insurance company info so I can file a claim. Right, if you had insurance, Tyrik, you would have alerted your workers to contact me. Lies!
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your concerns, and we take all customer experiences seriously.
To clarify a few points:
We do ask for payment prior to unloading, which is a standard part of our process and was communicated upfront. Payment collection is handled by our operations team — not the owner directly — who also manage the day-to-day services and scheduling.
Regarding the claim of damaged or missing items, we take these matters seriously and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Based on our findings, the item in question appeared to be pre-existingly damaged, not as a result of our handling. We also made multiple attempts to engage with you to resolve these issues, but we were not given the opportunity to respond before receiving additional messages.
We’re disappointed to hear that your experience with our communication was less than satisfactory. However, if you could kindly clarify what was said or done that you felt was rude or unprofessional, we would appreciate the chance to better understand and address it appropriately.
We’re proud of our team — including Avery and crew — for their professionalism and hard work.
It's always our goal to provide a smooth and respectful moving experience, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this case.
We remain open to resolving any outstanding concerns professionally and respectfully. If you're still looking to file a claim, we’re happy to provide the necessary insurance information.
Sincerely,
Another Perfect Move

Jayson and John were wonderful! They were able to fit us in for a last minute move of a piano; showed up and got it loaded safely and securely, brought it to the new house and into position so quickly. Would absolutely recommend them & use them again
Thank you, Jocelyn! We're thrilled Jayson and John could assist with your piano move. – ANOTHER PERFECT MOVE

EJ & George handled my one bedroom apartment move PHENOMENALLY. They were so quick, but efficient and careful with my furniture and TVs. I was the only one nervous the entire time, they kept calming me and down and reassuring me everything was going to be okay! I can’t recommend these two enough. If you’re moving FOR SURE request EJ & George!!
Terrible experience with their customer service support.
We were scheduled for an 8-10 am start time for our 3 bedroom house. They told us the day before that our window was now 10-12… that’s ok, things happen… except movers didn’t show up until after 1pm. The movers did work hard and that’s the only saving grace. But they damaged multiple items in the process and this company not only didn’t do anything about it, but they took multiple weeks to get back to us and ended it with, “well that’s not covered under our policy”.
I asked to be the first move scheduled that day bc it was a big job. We have a 6 month old baby. Movers didn’t leave until 9pm and we had to try to navigate ways to feed and put down our baby while they were in and out with all the doors open.
Again, not knocking the hard work of the movers. But absolutely unsatisfied with how this company overall handled the communication. Lack of transparency and poor response to broken/damaged items is not acceptable.
I would leave a -2 star but they haven’t enabled that feature yet. Long story short they broke a bunch of our stuff, hid it so we didn’t notice till later and then this company refuses to acknowledge the damage claim. Have called and emailed and have been thoroughly ignored. They outsource all their jobs to third party and take no responsibility for any damage.
I would be extremely cautious with using this company. We recognize that things happen during a moving process but gas lighting your customer and telling them that you will get back to them repeatedly and never following through is unacceptable. Con artists.
Do NOT Use This Company
Hi Todd,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and sincerely regret that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.
A representative from our team did speak with you directly regarding the damaged items. Unfortunately, the resolution offered was not to your satisfaction.
As noted in your contract, the buffet table in question is made of pressboard (engineered wood), which is a material we specifically exclude from coverage due to its fragile nature. This type of material is prone to damage even under minimal stress, which is why it is not covered under our damage protection policy.
Regarding the fragile box that was packed by you: while we always do our best to handle all items with care, we cannot take responsibility for boxes that are not professionally packed by our team. Our packing methods are designed to withstand typical moving conditions, including occasional shifting or movement. Unfortunately, owner-packed boxes often lack the reinforcement needed to prevent damage in transit.
We also appreciate that you chose to tip the movers generously at the time of service, which we take as a sign that you were initially satisfied with the crew’s performance. We're genuinely sorry that these issues were not brought up sooner so they could have been addressed at the time.
We value your feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve our communication and service. If there's anything further we can assist with, please don't hesitate to reach out directly.
Sincerely,
MaLika Hakeem2025.09.08
Had a last minute same day move on a Sunday! They walked me through the process, got me on the schedule, arrived earlier than planned and completed the job with excellence!
One of the worst. Be very careful when they break stuff ( because of their negligence). Broke our $800 TV and after raising multiple complains offered $0.60 per pound so $8 for our OLED TV
We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your TV. At Another Perfect Move, we truly value our customers and always want to make sure your belongings are handled with care. For TVs, our policy requires that they be packed in either a box we provide or an official TV box. This is the only way we can guarantee safe handling and be fully liable in the event of any damage.
By default, all moves come with the minimum liability coverage unless full value protection is purchased. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and as the owner, I’d like to extend an option of value protection coverage to you with a $300 deductible as a goodwill gesture.
If you’d like to take advantage of this, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
We appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve and continue serving our customers with transparency and care.

James and Pat did a fantastic job on my move today! Arrived at 11am on the dot like I discussed with owner. I appreciate the speediness and asking where things would like to be placed. Highly recommend and will use for future moves.
