Jason Wright was really helpful person throughout the selling process. Communicates really well and goes above and beyond to help both the buyer and seller, making the process really straightforward. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Adelaide apart from him. Honest and Genuine person.

Chelsea has been an outstanding property manager. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond whenever we have questions or concerns. She handles everything professionally and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both the property and the tenants, which makes a big difference. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property manager!
I would rather be homeless than to rent with them again. Never expect a timely response even when it is an urgent maintenance request like electricity break down. Expect an invoice after every maintenance request because it is always tenant negligence. last minute routine inspection cancellation as there is not enough staff to cover up for someone on sick leave. No negotiations on routine inspections when you are sick or away on holiday. Crazy rent increase on every lease renewal. and only one way communication. You are basically talking to one one and throwing your money away in a well

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few key points to ensure an accurate understanding of your tenancy.
Since the beginning of your lease, your rent has remained below current market value, and we have ensured fair and considered reviews at each renewal.
Regarding maintenance, only one invoice was ever issued to you, despite several maintenance items being actioned by trades at the property since the beginning of your tenancy in October 2019 — this included both the plumbing concerns and the reported electrical issue. As required under legislation, tenants are responsible for costs when damage or faults arise from tenant actions.
We also acknowledge your frustration about the rescheduled routine inspection. Unfortunately, one staff member was unexpectedly unwell, and with the full team working hard to finalise inspections before Christmas to minimise inconvenience to all tenants, we needed to adjust the appointment. You were notified as soon as possible.
It’s also important to note that had the maintenance process been followed as outlined in writing to you on several occasions, repairs would have been attended to sooner. Using the correct reporting system ensures trades are dispatched promptly and accurately.
We aim to provide clear communication, fair service, and a respectful tenancy experience. While we understand your disappointment, we remain committed to managing all properties in accordance with legislation and ensuring both owners and tenants are treated fairly.
If you would like to discuss any part of this further, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

Chelsea Gregg is a bully and will consistently use scare-tactics to get her way.
Any review saying otherwise is clearly a doctored one.
The business itself is a shambles. We were allocated at least 3 different agents over a 2-year period due to their inability to retain employees. Fortunately the other 2 were quite kind.
Chelsea, on the other hand, has continued to bully, belittle and lack integrity from day one.
We were happy in our home but chose to leave because we weren’t comfortable with her.
After trying to make a private complaint, I was contacted by management who could of cared less about my experience and had no interest in hearing what I had to say… only interested in talking over me and belittling me further.
Please beware. Being stuck in the rent-trap and being a good tenant is hard enough already. The last thing we need is an arrogant agent with zero empathy.

Thank you for your feedback. Our office has carefully reviewed all of Chelsea’s processes in relation to this matter and can confirm that she has acted in full compliance with legislation and in the best interests of the landlord at all times.
We understand that sometimes the necessary steps we are required to take may not always align with everyone’s expectations. However, our role is to ensure compliance and protect our clients’ investments. If carrying out our professional responsibilities results in a one-star review, then we accept that — as we remain committed to doing our job properly and upholding the standards expected of us.

The easiest decision we ever made … Having known Jason for several years as a neighbor who became a trusted friend choosing him to sell our investment property was simple . Jason is incredibly hard working , personable and very knowledgeable so trusting him and his team with every detail was easy …from liasing with our tenants to organizing repairs we needed and photography and styling he got the job done and more . He met with us to organise our game plan early on and set out a detailed timeline to auction and even kept us appraised while on a well earned overseas holiday !
His colleagues Leigh and Marie were prompt and efficient in dealing with vendors and secured us an unconditional sale price well above our expectations weeks before our auction date .
Our son also uses Jason to manage his property so we can attest to his skills in managing tenants too … is there NOTHING this man cannot do ?!
Needless to say we are more than happy to reccomend Jason and the Harcourts team … you won’t find better !

Great agent. I had a fantastic experience working with Jason and Marie. They handled the entire sales process with professionalism and care, particularly when dealing with my existing tenants — ensuring they were respected and kept informed throughout. Thanks to their market knowledge and negotiation skills, I achieved a sale price inline with the current market.
Highly recommended!
This one is particular for our property manager Chelsea Gregg. We have been blessed since she took us on board half way through our issue with our property regarding water damages, Chelsea has shown high professionalism always in her dealings with all parties involved and took care of all the outstanding work which was left for us to chase.
Chelsea is always friendly, smiling and ready to help no matter what the query was and came up with a solution every time we have an issue whether it would be a minor or a major.
We would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone without any hesitation due to her willingness to go the extra mile and always polite and professional in her approach.
we have always found Chelsea to be efficient, practical personable. she always communicates well with us and make sure our interests are considered as well as our tenants.
Chelsea has been the best Manager for us in all our dealings with other property managers and she is No 1 as far as we are concerned.
Thank you Chelsea for helping us go through a very rough situation and we hope to continue our journey and we wish you the very best in all your future career growth and life

Unprofessional. Dishonest. Acted against client's interest. Conflict of interest.
We purchased a property through this agent that came with a lease agreement managed by him. Tenant decided to break lease straight after the property was settled. Turns out the agent is friends with the tenant and been planning this from beginning. This agent ignored conflict of interest and sided with tenant to provide advice against new owner's interest. We ended up losing thousands of dollars as this agent puts personal interest before client's interest.

Thank you for your review.
We would like to clarify the facts surrounding your claims.
The property was advertised for sale on 15/10/2024. You and your wife attended an open home on 30/11/2025 and I fully disclosed that the tenants were very long term tenants and that we were friends and had been for 20 years. You viewed the home and were very happy with its condition which is in line with the photographic images we used for sale and that your property manager used to rent it.
A contract was signed with you to purchase the property on 10/12/2025, with a settlement date of 07/02/2025. At the time of sale, there was no indication that the tenant intended to break their lease, and we were unaware of any such plans. They notified me they were considering relocating to the Riverland on 13/01/2025. I immediately contacted your wife, who advised they will need to continue paying rent until you secure other tenants.
I advised the tenants of this via sms and they replied advising they can’t afford to pay double rent so they will probably stay until the end of lease. As we are not the managing agents post settlement, I was not aware of any changes to this until the tenants sms’d me on 19/02/2025 asking if I knew any agents in the Riverland. They then sms’d on 28/02/2025 to ask me to recommend a cleaner and that they are moving out but will move in with their parents until they find somewhere else.
Under current South Australian tenancy legislation, a tenant has the legal right to break their lease at any time during the tenancy agreement. When this occurs, the tenant is held responsible for associated break lease costs and rent until a new tenant is found, or for up to four weeks—whichever comes first.
In this case, the property was re-advertised through your managing at $510 per week, which is a $90 per week increase from the previous lease amount of $420 per week. The listing went live on 07/03/2025, and the property was successfully re-leased on 01/04/2025. The tenant was therefore responsible for the rental payments covering the break lease period, in accordance with legislation.
Your comment that you “lost thousands of dollars” is inconsistent with the actual rental outcome and time frame. In fact, by increasing the rental rate, your future rental income was positively adjusted for the remaining lease term by $60 per week.
Upon the tenants request on 12/03/2025, I provided an email to your wife dated 09/02/2024 from the previous owner who had given the tenants permission to make changes to the gardens, because you were making claims for their bond to reinstate the garden. Until this moment, we had never been made aware of any concerns you had regarding the condition of the garden and you never raised this as a concern during your 48 hour cooling off period.
Additionally, we strongly reject any suggestion of unprofessional conduct, dishonesty, or conflict of interest. These claims are baseless and defamatory. At no point was there any preferential treatment given to the tenant.
We take these allegations seriously and will be seeking legal advice regarding your review, which we consider slanderous.
Should you wish to discuss this matter further, we remain available to clarify the facts and provide you the evidence that contradicts your false claims.
