Would not recommend. Poor service, did not work for us. Better to go to the Vodafone at the airport instead! Contacting the email they have listed as well is useless.

We are on our European holiday half way through. The data only eSIM works well in Romania, Austria and Czech Republic. No problem at all. We still need to travel through Germany and Belgium. I have no doubt that the eSIM from eSIM Australia will work.

Absolutely useless. Emails downloaded at random but never on demand. Very rarely could access any web sites. Network in use that my phone was supposedly connected to was displayed but hardly ever worked. Was trying to use my eSIM in Paris and surrounds.

We recently toured Italy and Greece. We did not use wifi anywhere because of security concerns and were totally reliant on eSIM Australia's connection to the internet. We had good (sometimes excellect) coverage almost everywhere. Exceptions were in tunnels or in hill country which we expected. Very satisfied.

Easy to set up and use. But i couldn't use paypal to pay and as soon as i gave my credit card with ccc i was scammed of $1880 on a mobile purchase !!! I'll never shop with u again unless u have paypal.
