My experience with Epic has been amazing! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Louise has been brilliant the whole way through and gave me the best smile I could ever want, the result of my treatment is so natural but such an amazing difference!. The new practice is absolutely stunning and so aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. I am very thankful to Louise and the staff at Epic and Gransha, can’t wait to visit again!

Cannot recommend Dr Louise & the team enough. They made my 4 year old so comfortable. We were so conscious of how she would react to having some work done but Louise had built such a rapport with her that she couldn’t wait to go back. Massively thankful for her.

I had my first assessment this morning and I am completely blown away with this place! Such a difference in how relaxed and comfortable I felt as soon as I walked through the door! You don’t feel like you’re in the dentist at all, the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! 100% recommend if you’re in need of a new dentist or if you feel a little nervous! X

I had my first treatment today and i literally came out of the practice crying happy tears when i looked at the amazing work the team at Epic Dental did in just one appointment 🥺❤️ i was made to feel so comfortable with the friendliest staff. The staff is very friendly and professional!

This practice gives misleading information from the outset. Had a triage apt over the phone before my first visit & explained the reason for requiring treatment. Was misled from the outset! Paid for a consultation then was required to pay extra following the consultation which was never mentioned or made clear at any point! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Wish I’d known beforehand how ridiculous it is, could’ve spent the money on my current dental treatment which I’m receiving elsewhere in a far nicer practice with genuinely helpful and friendly staff.

We are sorry you feel misled, our goal is always to ensure the absolutely best treatment plans and treatment for our patients, and to ensure you are made aware of any and all problems you may be having, including the one that is the most concerning to you. We ensure we make it extremely clear before a consultation is booked that if further imaging such as x rays are required, above and beyond the standard ones at a dental examination then these are subject to charge of course, as you would expect to pay for any service or product.

My experience with Epic Dental was amazing from start to finish. Dr Louise and all staff at Epic are exceptional at what they do. They always made me feel so welcome. Being a mummy to two small children and having a 50 minute commute to Epic Dental, the staff were always so accommodating to facilitate appointments around my busy schedule. I am delighted with my dream smile and I will be recommending Epic Dental to everyone I know.
