Our cats recently alerted us to a mouse under the stove. Enviropest was able to bump up their recurring visit to take a look right away. They were informative about next steps, making it easy for us to arrange for the gas to the stove to be shut off so they could patch the whole.
When one of their techs was out sick, they responded quickly to get another team member out so they could finish the work (allowing us to get the gas back on without any delay from the initial appt we had scheduled with them).
While my first attempt years ago to schedule service with Enviropest was disappointing, they have been consistent since we started using them. And Zach and Isaac and their support team came a long way into turning me into an advocate for the company this week.

I called EnviroPest about 2 weeks ago to schedule an inspection, treat for wasps that are building nests on our front porch, and get quarterly service started. They provided a 2-hr window, so we took time away from work to be home. All pretty standard so far.
At the end of the window (literally the last minute) the tech called to say he's running way behind and ask if we can do later in the day. He didn't provide any sort of ETA and we couldn't take the rest of the day away from work without a clear timeline, so he said the front office would call to reschedule.
We were prepared to treat this like a one-off incident - no harm no foul - but as you probably figured out from the poor review, no one called to reschedule. When I called later the next day, they had my information but were apathetic about failing to arrive for service or call back to reschedule. And instead of making an effort to expedite our inspection to make up for the missed service, they said the best they could do was to see what they have available.
We get that delays happen, and no one from EnviroPest was rude. But to miss a scheduled time, then miss a call-back we were told to expect, then fail to make any effort to address the misses and send us to the back of the line for service is just too much to overlook when there are so many other highly rated services in the area.
EnviroPest has great reviews overall and clearly they provide quality to some customers. But for us and our first experience with them, they weren't reliable or communicative and it cost us hours of work and weeks of wasps.
