I was having severe pain and inflammation in my ear, and was diagnosed with swimmer's ear. Was able to make an appointment same day with Dr. Paul Bell. He was very gentle with the exam and installation of the wick in my ear and thorough in his explanation of next steps. Rarely do I come across doctor's with all of these wonderful qualities and bedside manner. Highly recommend, thank you!!
While the staff here are extremely nice and professional. I ultimately have to give this rating because I don’t believe that their billing protocol is very transparent for patients. As part of your intake paperwork for ENT and Allergy Associates, you are expected to sign a document that states that you are responsible for any of the medical procedure deemed necessary, regardless of if they are covered by your insurance. However, once you go back to see a provider, the provider does not make you aware of what things are covered/what procedures are considered “extra”. Upon receiving my bill, I also received an entire information sheet essentially explaining to me why they are allowed to charge me for an endoscopy/an invasive procedure. The fact that they have a printed sheet that explains why they are “allowed” to charge for the procedures tells me that their communication with customers is poor since I’m sure many customers have had the same complaint enough to have a built in complaint sheet. When I called the billing department to express the same sentiment nothing could be done (obviously). I also reached out to the patient relations email and haven’t heard back yet. Regardless I paid my bill as what is expected of me, however, if you want transparency when it comes to billing I would not recommend ENT and Allergy Associates in general. As previously mentioned, the staff in this office were great and I genuinely appreciated their time. However, I do feel it is an important to be transparent regarding procedures that may result in an increased bill/additional charge.

Avoid this office like the plague. Gauged my insurance and i was left with a $400 + bill for "potentially a sinus infection". Russell Beckhardt MD was horrible too. Speaking through my issues and not paying attention to what I'm saying. Again just avoid

Called about being a few minutes late couldn’t get a human on the phone, then the call center calls over to the office she says she can’t get a hold of anybody at the office and can’t stand on hold longer than 10 minutes. She confirmed the number that would be called back after she noted. I would be a couple of minutes late wrong number, said I was a new patient which I wasn’t. I get to the office. They do not see me. They don’t even attempt to reschedule as I attempted to communicate with them. This is an ongoing issue complete unprofessionalism as someone that works in customer service I go above and beyond for people. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment because it was the only one that would not affect my work schedule and traffic unfortunately did I still made it within the 15 minute grace Period. Then they refuse to see me from other reviews I could tell I’m not missing anything just unfortunate that I wasted my time and gas as if it’s not five dollars a gallon.

The allergist I saw was very knowledgable and generally the staff was helpful and made the appointment process easy.
However, I am extremely frustrated with my experience at ENT & Allergy Associates. I briefly saw an ENT for prolonged congestion and chronic sinus infections, and he referred me to an in-house allergist and for a CT scan. The allergist did not identify any potential causes and despite abnormal findings on the CT Scan, the only follow-up I received from the ENT was a phone call indicating that everything was normal. I then received bills for $600 and $1000 appointments. While I understand that these appointments were at the beginning of the year and went toward my deductible, the cost of the services was never communicated with me and I have now paid an unexpected $1600 with no resolution to my symptoms.
If I had known the allergist was going to cost that much I simply never would have gone since my symptoms were happening in the winter and I have never experienced seasonal allergies. It feels like I was referred to the in house allergist just to get extra money out of me under the guise of 'covering our bases'.

I highly recommend Dr. Robert Marchlewski and the entire team. They provided exceptional care and took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly for my son and I. The staff was professional, and the office environment was welcoming. I am very pleased with the results and the level of expertise shown.
I had a great experience with Dr. Rechtweg and the entire office. I needed a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated.
The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth from the start. Dr. Rechtweg has a great personality, very approachable, educational, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the visit.
The audiologist was also very friendly and professional. Overall, a fantastic experience. Dr. Rechtweg will definitely be my new ENT.
Make sure to ask what something will cost before they do anything

Just had an experience like something out of an internet meme. Saw Dr. Rechtweg because of persistent tonsil stones and very deep crypts. I've been gargling with peroxide and manually cleaning them for years, but recently noticed a growth on one of them and wanted to finally address this annoying issue. He basically sent me home with a perscription for antisepctic mouthwash and a "godspeed" (again, I already use peroxide), after being dismissive and patronizing for a painful 20 minutes. He even quized me unprompted about what tonsil stones are LOL. He went as far as to blame my symptoms (bad breath, sour taste in the back of my mouth) on my gastritis, which he has no expertise in (my gastritis is not currently active, as confirmed by my specialist, and I do not have reflux, again confirmed by my specialist) rather than acknowledge that I have tonsil stones. The stones are there, bro. As I sit here typing this, if I press on the back of my throat, stones come oozing out. He seemed uninterested and didn't want to see. He didn't even look at my tonsils beyond a cursory glance with a tongue depressor. I am a woman, and the whole thing felt icky to me, like next he was tell me the tonsil stones are in my head and I need some old world treatment for female hysteria. Will not be going back, and I regret taking time off work for this nonsense. It feels scammy that now this office can bill my insurance for a surgical procedure (camera down the nostril) and I get nothing. Yay, American healthcare. Save tourself the trouble and see a different doctor.

Do not bother with this office. It is a constant challenge to even get just the administrative tasks done. Many mishaps through the years which we dealt with because of the quality of the Doctor. But between needing to reach out 4-5 times just to get a response and then now an office that can't even make appointments properly - we'll go to an office that cares to want their patients.

For healthcare, if there is a patient portal for new patients to upload new documents and insurances, I would expect the practice to check in network/out of network coverage and let the patient know in advance. There is no heads up until you get to the appointment and cannot be seen because they are out of network. However, they will send automated texts everyday reminding you of the appt without confirming if you are in network.
