Presenti in casa qualsiasi oggetto utile alla cura della persona (saponi, deodorante, solari e doposole etc) tra cui una cassetta medica super fornita in caso di emergenza.
Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Sulla stessa strada non é possibile parcheggiare ma é comunque facilissimo trovare parcheggio nelle vie adiacenti.

Zentrale, aber doch ruhig gelegene Wohnung
☺Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral am Anfang der Fußgängerzone in Marsala und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Der Vermieter schickt direkt nach Buchung weitere Informationen prr Mail zu.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und im 2.OG befindet sich eine sehr große Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöbeln. Die angegebenen qm sind jedoch auf beides bezogen; die Wohnung selbst hat meines Erachtens vielleicht 70qm. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer. Eines nur mit einem Kleiderständer (kein Schrank o.ä.) ausgestattet, das andere mit einem Kleiderständer und Kommode. In jedem Zimmer ist ein TV angebracht, der jedoch keine deutschen Programme anbietet. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, das Bad ebenso. Im zur Küche offenen Wohnzimmer steht ein Sofa sowie ein weiterer TV.
☹Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht so groß wie angegeben. Die vorhandene Dachterrasse ist so groß, dass der Teil für die Wohnung deutlich kleiner ausfällt als ich dachte.
Das inkludierte Frühstück besteht aus Croissants, die jedoch sehr frisch und in unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen direkt unter der Wohnung hergestellt werden. Man macht eine Uhrzeit aus und holt sie einfach im EG noch warm ab.. Dazu gibt es Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Auf unseren Wunsch hin, gab es auch noch Milch und Cerialien für die Kinder. Mir war es etwas eintönig, ich hätte etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet. Leider gab es auch hingehen der Ankündigung auf booking.com keinen kostenlosen Shuttle vom Flughafen. Das steht falsch in der Beschreibung!

The structure is a holiday home, it is not a hotel or even a b&b, we do not guarantee breakfast included in the booking price, if you had wanted a buffet breakfast with a wide choice and it was not "monotonous" you would have had to go to a b&b or a hotel that guarantees breakfast included and buffet. She was able to take advantage of the included and free breakfast only because she is a genius, and as a prerogative Booking requires us to guarantee breakfast but, as clarified by Booking both to her and to me, it is the host's right to choose the breakfast to offer her considering that it's a service you're paying for. I met her by guaranteeing milk and cereals as well as freshly baked croissants every day from the adjacent laboratory. The structure, for the avoidance of doubt, is equipped with 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom, and one in the living room; the fact that you underline that there is heat caused by the laboratory is a pure lie, since the laboratory ovens are not adjacent to the structure but are located on the opposite side and completely detached, you would have had the right to turn on the climate, as you did , and stay pleasantly at the temperature he wanted, as he did. Regarding the free shuttle, the announcement specifies that it is not free, both Booking clarified this to you and to me, but you continue to say and reiterate the opposite. Regarding the square meters of the apartment, i.e. 130 square meters, for my further clarification, in the technical plan of the structure the squareness of the property is greater than 130 square meters, I would be curious to know the apartments that you have frequented in the past in order to have the method of comparison, considering that simple studio or two-room apartments with dimensions outside of technical standards are often indicated in advertisements for mini apartments or houses. The size of the property is my strong point, at least 30 reviews indicate that the apartment is very large and they are super positive. I am a courteous, respectful and tolerant person, I "satisfied" her demands as far as possible, I am only sorry that she received such a sterile review just because I did not guarantee her the free shuttle. In my opinion, his conduct was unfair, reviews are very useful tools for improving performance and services and correcting treatment imperfections, it is unfair when they are used to "lower an average" or just because the service was not received demanded for free.

☺The apartment is equipped with everything you wish for. Very clean and Marika was a great host. We booked 1 night and ended up staying for 2. We also had 2 motorbikes and were provided with a lockable garage next door to the apartment. Will surely book again if we pass through Marsala once more!
