Dr. Jason and the rest of the staff at Emerald Eye Care are top notch! Anyone needing an eye exam should go see them!

I actually only booked Emerald Eye Care for an eye exam (my 1st as an adult (I'm in my 40s)) because they could get me in the next day, I had no idea beforehand of a "good" place to go, etc... and wow, I feel like I found the best right from the start!! I was not surprised to discover I needed glasses, but Dr Klar was amazingly helpful, thorough, and patient with all my "newbie" questions, as were Neha and Fatima, from the moment I arrived! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable - Neha walked me through the pre-exam and what would happen next with Dr Klar, and Fatima was so supportive as I tried on so many frames before I found the right one! All the smiles made me feel so comfortable and confident at a time when I was really a "fish out of water". As someone else said in another review I just read, I felt like a VIP! Thank you Emerald Eye Care! I can't imagine going to anywhere else for my eye care needs going forward, and I cannot recommend them enough!

From the moment I phoned to book an appointment I was greeted warmly. Emerald Eye Care is stylish, clean and friendly. My eye exam was thorough and there were so many glasses to choose from. They direct billed my insurance which was a great bonus. I highly recommend Emerald Eye Care!

I am quite satisfied with service I received from this company, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions and helped me find the right pair of glasses for an amazing price! I would definitely suggest paying them a visit for a checkup or some new glasses. I’m definitely returning there for future appointments! Kudos!

The clinic is very clean and cozy. The staff, Fatima and Josephine are very accommodating. They are going to make you feel like a VIP client, comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable. To top it all, Dr. Klar did a thorough exam with my eyes and provided clear information on how to take care of them. All in all, my experience was top-notch and I highly recommend Emerald eye care. This is the Optometry place in Victoria that really feels like home! ♥️ It’s my first time to wear contact lenses and they were very patient with me 😜 Their (eyeglasses) frames have great selections too. I ended up getting a new one 😊 The staff, owner and the optometrist (doctor) are all friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this optometry! This is my absolute favourite Optometry center in Victoria! I went to Emerald Eye care for my regular eye check-up. I was very impressed with the super friendly staff and their fair price on their wide selection of glasses. If you are looking for professional optometrist then I highly recommend you visit them. Ten out of 10!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on this optical shop. Fatima and her partner Neha plus Josephine their assistant are very friendly and helpful. I am very picky and always have a hard time choosing eyeglasses but their honesty and suggestion made it easier for me. I trusted their feedback and really enjoyed my new eyeglass. I highly recommend this optical shop and will come back for sure!

Emerald Eye Care has a great selection of frames, and the two ladies were fabulous letting me try on so many and helped me pick a pair. So friendly and knowledgeable. I took my Rx to them and it was no problem. Direct billing too! Definitely recommend!

Well lets backup a bit lol we came to emerald eye care after having two yes two glass places providing me with glasses that simply didnt allow me to read my text let alone see properly. Fast forward to emerald eye care . The service was friendly , accurate and professional i was blown away when i asked if i could provide a shape of lenses that were no where to be found in any store . Instantly they said lets have a look at what you like and we will make it happen . Thats what i needed to hear and bam 10 days later i have them .
