BUSINESS TRIP GONE WRONG!!!!! So my boss lost his car keys on a trip to Northampton. I called Yasir on the off chance having never used him before. He had an executive car there within an hour. Constant updates and the treatment was impeccable. I will be using Yasir again without a doubt.

We were very fortunate to go to the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall last week and decided to book 'a car' for the return to Harpenden rather than take trains at 10.30pm. Fortunately I found and booked Elite Executive Travel! We decided on a V vlass Merc and they provided bottles of water and cartons of juice for the children, as well as size appropriate car seats. Yasir, our driver texted towards the arranged pickup time and assured us that he was outside for as long as necessary, as timings for the show were 'fluid' and even sent us a map with his position outside. He drove beautifully and even found a shop for my daughter to buy a few essentials for her youngest child. He could Not have been more pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

We used Elite Executives to take a family group to a wedding in London and were hugely impressed. They took time to explore our needs and recommend the best vehicle. The spacious Mercedes was spotless, new, very comfy and well-equipped. Yasir was bang on time in both directions, and incredibly helpful and courteous, assisting elderly (mobility and visually impaired) relatives access their seats. He also helped with our odd-shaped luggage, hats, dresses and suits. Communication was excellent throughout and prices very competitive. We cannot recommend Elite highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Forget Uber / Uber Lux - these are real hard working, professional people who take pride in the service and how they look after you. Always on the other end of the phone … not in Philippines or Hyderabad or some other call centre! The vehicle was immaculate as was the driver. Was earth both on the outgoing and return journeys.
