I recently purchased my wedding dress from this bridal shop and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, finding me the perfect dress for my beach wedding. They were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. I received many compliments on my dress on my big day and owe it all to the wonderful team. Highly recommend for an stress-free and enjoyable bridal experience!

Got my daughter’s prom dress here, beautiful dress she loved it had a great night. BUT: Over priced, alterations weren’t done on time (when we came in to collect since the alterations should have been done the first time but they forgot to alter the sleeves, for £50 I’d expect them to alter it all the first time especially since prom was close),we found out dress was broken on prom night, (we tried it on the 2nd time during alterations and we heard it rip, we asked them to look to see if it was ripped they looked told us it was fine took it home stored it, and then found out it was ripped on the night of. Luckily we could sew it though some people could not be as lucky, and it certainly upset my daughter.) I do recommend this place to buy a dress, but do not get your dress altered here we had a nightmare of a time.

well what can I say, this was about the 7th dress shop I'd been in over a few months. the ladies where so kind and lovely I felt instantly at ease. after trying on my 30th dress I knew instantly this was the one for me. the ladies made sure they knew my budget so I didn't fall in love with one I couldn't afford. and although I kind of stuck to budget it was no problem to set up a payment plan to pay off the rest. when it was fully paid the ball started rolling for alterations. I had about 4 sessions I believe and by the end I felt absolutely stunning! the seamstress made it fit me perfectly, even after loosing quite a bit of weight. we just altered some more. nothing at all was to much for these ladies. they happily kept my dress until I was ready to collect it. 2 days before our big day. it was steamed ready for me. It was the most beautiful iv ever felt in my life. I had nothing but compliments on it and my husband absolutely loved it! it was a total shock for him. I'm not girly but boy did this dress turn me into one! I highly recommend elegance. the name is how the dresses make you feel! no pressure from them just pure joy that I was happy! thankyou girls so much for making our special day even more amazing 👰🏼‍♂️🤵🏼🩷🩵

Beautiful little shop with a great range of dresses and sizes. Lady was so helpful and friendly and I felt completely at ease throughout my appointment. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Came here on the 28th and I must say the lady I had was so lovely and kind. Would recommend to anyone, I found my dress and cannot wait to have it with me
