This was the most expensive useless phone call in my life I asked for a certain document, entered the information into the comment field and paid the money. The so-called doctor said, he could not issue the document and I should ask my GP. I paid 39€ for nothing. This was the most expensive phone call in my life. It took only 5 minutes. If I use the words I am thinking of my review will be deleted. I wasted time and money. I complained via web form, but this company is only good at taking money. They did not answer at all.

Daughter has a very bad infection, was only given a prescription for 3 days, she contacted them again this morning and asked for the prescription for a longer amount of time and was told she would have to pay for a consultation again, so they come across as cheaper than going to your gp but because they don’t treat you properly the first time they’re recouping their money with you having to pay a second time, not looking after their patients health is absolutely disgusting and will be reporting to the medical board
