Jodi is a very approachable and nice tutor... a very understanding and accomodative one too... my Sec 2 daughter wasn't doing that well for Math and Jodi was willing to allow my daughter to swop from Science to Math to prep her for EOY exam.

Better than any other tuition centre you can get. Due to the small class size, teachers are able to give personalised guidance to each individual student. I am a sec 1 student and my grades went from B3 practice papers to A1s for both of my WAs. Teachers there are friendly and lighthearted, allowing a calm and conducive environment for learning. Typically I wouldn't go for any tuition whatsoever as I find tuition boring, but Educompass is an exception. The classes are engaging and easy to understand. Class doesn't get boring because there are many guided practices and the teachers will ensure all students understand the concepts before moving on. I highly recommend joining!

Super duper bad Tution centre, for my first lesson, I was surprised to see that I was the only one that showed up and the rest of the students were online (zoom). During that time, I did not know the chapter at all, no guidance by the teacher, he just focused on the other students that were attempting question online while I just sat there alone by myself. Afterwards, the teacher proceeds to tell me to learn the chapter at home by myself first before coming to the following lesson and also stated that I wasn’t even trying during the lesson (he did not help and I did not know anything). If he tell me to go home and learn it myself then what’s even the point of my parents paying for this tuition. Worst day ever, he made me feel so so stupid.

We regret to hear that from you. Addressing to your concerns, you had joined us in June’24. 1 of the students in the class had gone on holidays and another had Covid. They opted to attend lesson via Zoom so that they would not miss out lessons. They are currently still having tuitions with us; it’s a pity that you did not manage to befriend them. On 1st lesson, Teacher offered you to sit at the front row which was next to him so that he could help you quickly when you had doubts, you were certainly not left alone. Teacher did inform you that you had joined in the middle of the topic that they had already started, if you face any difficulties do voice out for help. All our lessons were casted on to TV using laptop and all writings were done on laptop and casted to the class. Thus, Zoom and physical class are occurring simultaneously showing the exact same content.
During lesson, Teacher consistently checked if you understand what was being taught and your responses were positive. After teaching, Teacher encouraged you to try the questions, so that you could learn to fish by yourself. When Teacher saw that you were stuck with any questions, he helped you immediately. He definitely did not ask you to learn the whole chapter by yourself as we have always taken the Teach-Learn approach and the class had yet to complete the chapter so Teacher was definitely still going through in next lesson.
After class, Teacher asked you to stay behind to check on what you were doing in school and asked if you were okay, you did not raise any concerns. You told Teacher that you were doing Indices in school and he asked if you were doing okay for the topic, you mentioned that you could not understand what your school taught and had some school homework given. Immediately, Teacher asked you to show him the worksheets so that he could help you. However, you did not bring them so Teacher told you to whatsApp the school worksheets to us, and he would help you in next lesson. All these were extra effort that Teacher had put in for you.
An hour after tuition, you sent in your withdrawal notice and said that “I’ve attended my first lesson today and I feel that it is not suitable for me. I don’t understand what the teacher is teaching or perhaps I am just too slow.” You requested to join the remaining 3 sessions via Zoom. We rejected your request for online lessons for the remaining sessions as Teacher wanted to help you face to face so that you could better understand and ask questions to clear doubts on the spot.
The following week, you requested for makeup lesson, and we had arranged accordingly. However, you missed the makeup session and requested for another makeup which we accommodated so that you would not miss lesson. Teacher still reminded you to send your school homework that you had issues so that he could help you in next lesson. Even though, you had withdrawn, Teacher still wanted to help you as much so that you could benefit from it. However, you skipped the next 2 lessons on last minute notice again.
Finally, you came for your last lesson. Teacher prepared notes and worksheets for you on Indices and taught the concepts to you. After the teaching and practises in class, you could solve some of the questions on your own which was good improvement. Teacher even praised you for improving.
Our teachers always go to the extra miles to help students and they stayed behind to explain again for students to catch up. The teachers would check with the students consistently to ensure they have understood and have the opportunities to ask for help. Hope you can take this action positively. Our teachers motivate, encourage and work together with the students, wanting to help them to achieve most improvements.
Lastly, we hope that you can have more confidence in yourself, don’t belittle yourself. Everyone has potential, and the sky is your limit. We hereby wish you all the best in your future aspirations and endeavours.

Joined last year! Before I joined, I struggled a lot with understanding concepts but after I joined, I could understand the concepts much more easily through the notes and practises given. Currently, I still really appreciate the notes as they are concise and informational!

Before I joined this tuition class , I used to not understand science concepts and math work problems. However , after I joined edu compass , I realised that my concepts became stronger with the help of teacher jody and teacher Aaron. I hope with the help of them , I will continue to improve my grades and ace my tests !!

i was getting F9 for my amath from the start of sec 3 till my sec 4 prelims, despite joining last minute only a few months before o levels, teacher jody managed to push me to get A2 for my o levels! she is a really good and nice teacher, forever grateful to her for saving my amath 🙏🏻 :)
Joining this tuition was the best choice i made. I was failing my science in p5 and that was when i joined this tuition and her teaching was very understandable and i end up passing my science. In secondary, I was failing quite badly for my emath getting f9 and E8 but thanks to teacher jody, my emath started passing with an A1! Teacher jody's lessons are all very very fun and very entertaining. She is very easygoing which allows us to ask her questions that we dont know without a worry. She explains all questions thoroughly and patiently! This makes me believe that i will get good grades for emath!

before i join the tuition centre, i was really really struggling with amath and emath(failing). i decided to ask my best friend about her tution centre and ended up coming here. i have no regrets and glad that i have joined! teacher jody is extremely patient and will always answer my queries whenever i needed help! she is able to explain each and every question in a clear way which really helps me to understand the solution of the question! Her lessons are always fun and chill which makes me look forward to going to tution. Along the way, I find myself slowly improving and i started passing my emath and amath. Surprisingly, through the tution, I found myself liking amath more(hated it). Hopefully 🤞 I am able to get A2 for amath and emath for olevel!
