Buyer beware! I’m posting this as a warning to others. I unknowingly ended up with multiple eDreams Prime subscriptions after booking flights in different countries. The sign-up process is extremely unclear and appears to default toward enrolling you in a paid subscription. What followed is deeply concerning: • I was first charged an annual subscription. • In this time I received absolutely no communication from eDreams, even though they claimed that they tried to contact me about my autorenewal. • I was then charged for a second annual subscription, without opting in or even knowing I had already paid for a year. • I have ALSO been billed monthly since February on top of that for a monthly subscription. When I contacted eDreams to resolve this, I was told that reminder emails had been sent and that “nothing can be done.” This completely ignores the core issue: multiple concurrent subscriptions and duplicated billing for the same person as well as an intentionally obtuse sign up process that puts the onus on the user to ensure boxes are unticked and they don’t unwittingly sign up for a prime subscription. I have since: • Cancelled all subscriptions. • Formally disputed the charges. • Initiated action through our bank. • Sent multiple emails to eDreams with our bank statements as proof, which they just pretend do not exist. At this point, this is not just about a refund. It’s about a system that makes it far too easy to be enrolled into recurring payments without clear, informed consent. I would strongly advise anyone using eDreams to: • Double-check every step of the booking process. • Carefully review your bank statements afterwards. • Be extremely cautious of any “Prime” offers. This matter has now been escalated through formal dispute channels and regulatory bodies.

Fraudulent charges and deception They took money from my credit card without my consent on multiple occassions and then falsely claimed I had subscribed to their services. This is absolute criminal fraud. Avoid them at all costs!

A masterclass in how to scam your customers and get away with it I missed my flight because eDreams showed me the wrong departure time. In their app. In their confirmation. In a message they sent me directly. All said 16:00/16:10. Already in the car on a several hours journey to the airport only to notice the boarding pass said 14:00. Already too late. The moment I realised I tried to contact them to fix it. And this is where it gets truly outrageous. No email address. No phone number. Live chat? Bots. It said a live agent was joining - I waited. And waited. Hours passed. Nothing. They are quite literally designed to be unreachable. I genuinely believe that is intentional. Then I noticed the banner - apparently if you buy their Prime membership, you can reach someone within 120 seconds. So there I am, stranded, panicking, and I'm having to pay extra just to contact the company that caused the problem in the first place. I bought it purely to get a human on the phone!! Guess what picks up after 120 seconds? Another bot. I argued my way through it, finally got placed on hold to be connected to a live agent and after all that, they cancelled the call after one hour each time I called. No agent ever joined. Oh, and that Prime membership I was forced to buy to try to fix their mistake? Locked in for a full year. When I asked them to cancel it given everything that happened, they refused. Can you believe the audacity? Then, and this is the part that really got me - after I complained, they went into the app and changed the departure time. It now shows 14:18 in my past flights. A time never once communicated to me before or during the day of travel. So not only did they give me the wrong information and leave me completely unreachable, they then quietly altered the record afterwards. This is not a legitimate business. This is an unreliable company that takes your money, gives you wrong information, makes themselves impossible to contact by design, charges you again just for the chance to speak to a bot, locks you into a yearly subscription, and then changes the evidence when you complain. Book directly with an airline. Every single time. Learn from my mistake - never, EVERR use eDreams. It is a scam.

Scam, double purchase possiblr Did not like anything Bombard with attempts to buy its premium They provide feedback you booking is being processed within 24 hours. Then without confirming or cancelling booking they start sending booking incomplete messages. Very easy to buy 2x tickets.

scam company Scam company. Subscription services are made difficult to cancel, unable to do it through websites. Tried to call multiple times, got run around. Clearly designed to make time poor people pay for a service they do not need. I have tried now for 4 months to stop getting charged and nothing is done about it.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM I had a very disappointing experience with eDreams and their “Prime” subscription. In 2025, I made a booking and was very sneakily signed up to their Prime subscription without clear consent. I called immediately to cancel, but was told this wasn’t possible. Instead, they only offered me a partial refund. I specifically asked them to cancel the renewal in advance and was told I had to call again one month before renewal. I followed their instructions and called again in February 2026 to cancel. After the call, I received a confirmation email from Opodo, which I later found out is part of the same group and uses the same contact number. Based on this, I believed everything had been properly cancelled. However, I was then charged £99.99 for renewal anyway. When I called to query this, they claimed I had never contacted them, despite me having call records as proof. They also refused to issue a refund, stating the charge was non-refundable, and only offered to cancel for the following year. This feels extremely misleading and deliberately difficult to resolve. The cancellation process is unclear, obstructive, and there is no proper way to submit evidence such as call records, as they don’t provide a direct email contact. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking, especially regarding the Prime subscription.

All bait n switch and crroked business! Like so many other unfortunate people we were tricked into a prime membership we were not even aware existed, eDreams is the epitome of bait and switch, due to their malevolence and disgusting behaviour as well their awful customer service we were forced to cancel our primary credit card right before we went on vacation so as to prevent any more unauthorized payments from going through. Add to this that although we cancelled well within

Extremely deceptive practices They lured us into a prime membership with grand promises but failed to deliver. When we tried to use the services they advertised, they hit us with outrageous extra fees, making it impossible to proceed. Their customer service was dismissive, and after a frustrating battle, we chose to cut our losses and avoid further contact. This has been an expensive and disappointing learning experience. Stay away from them—they are not trustworthy.

Absolute Scam Concealed Scam on Ticket Refund You are given two ticket options, I selected one with prime to be able cancel my flight if my visa application get rejected, this happened and I called them to cancelation. I paid the ticket 235 GBP and I was expecting to get refunded by %80. Guess what I am told, I am eligible to get refunded 81 GBP! Because you don"t know when you are buying but your price breakdown comes with insurance for cancellation, insurance for changes and service fee, this cost almost more than flight, so this is a complete scam for me. I will write my experience at every platform to let future potential customer know, no need to accept their so called best offer of being member, in this case you may end up like me! Worst experience ever.

WARNING - CAN NEVER CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!! WARNING: Our Costly and Frustrating Experience with eDreams Prime Subscription I am writing this to share our personal experience so that others can make an informed decision before signing up. My wife and I subscribed to eDreams Prime in 2023. Initially, it worked well and we genuinely believed we were saving money on flights. Based on that early experience, we were happy customers. However, in early 2024 our travel plans reduced significantly, and we decided to cancel the subscription before renewal. That’s when the problems began. It was not possible to cancel the Prime subscription directly through the app or online account. The only option was to call customer service. After our card was charged in February 2024, we immediately contacted them. It took multiple calls and transfers before we finally reached an agent who agreed - reluctantly - to refund the charge and issue a credit. We repeatedly asked for confirmation that the subscription itself would be cancelled. We were told it would be processed within three days. Three days later, the account was still active. We called again. We were told the same thing: “It will be cancelled in three days.” This cycle repeated several times. It is now February 2026, and we are still being charged annually. Each time we call, we are told it is against policy to issue a refund and that the subscription will be cancelled within three days. Yet the charges continue. We have now had to block the bank card associated with the subscription to prevent further charges. In our experience, cancelling the Prime subscription has been extremely difficult and frustrating. The inability to cancel online, repeated assurances that cancellation would be processed, and continued charges despite multiple requests have left us deeply disappointed. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to think very carefully before signing up for eDreams Prime. What initially appeared to be savings has turned into an ongoing and exhausting battle just to stop recurring charges. We CANNOT recommend this service!

Edreams is a scam EDreams is a scam. I booked 3 tickets for me and my kids for 20th December 2025 only to be turned back at the airport because our names were nowhere to be found on the booking list. I called them immediately, but they failed to help. I requested my 18k refund. To this day I have not received my refund; I have called more than ten times. Instead, they keep on sending me emails saying I must contact the Hahn airlines, but how? I booked with them, not the airlines. It's frustrating, really. Please be careful booking with them; they are scams. I've spent almost 2 months fighting for my refund with fail

eDream deceives customers eDream is a company with questionable legitimacy. It deceives and misleads customers by advertising one-time charges for benefits like automatic check-in, often hiding or making key information difficult to find. As a result, customers are unknowingly charged every month without their authorization, and their credit card information is stored on eDream's servers without consent. To make matters worse, there’s no option to delete your credit card information from your eDream account, and there’s no way to contact them by phone in the U.S., making the situation even more frustrating.
