Awful company! Awful company. They scammed me by subscribing me to their prime membership without my authorization. I called to cancel a year ago, person sounded like was from India I could barely understand her and I thought she canceled it and gave me a refund. The next year I get charged again. I call then they try to change your mind I asked for a refund they want to give a voucher instead. I was able to get a half refund. Half voucher of $45 but I have to keep the membership. Stay away from eDreams Prime to save your money and your sanity!

Very happy I'm a prime member with edreams. Our planes tyre got caught in the runway and the delay caused us to miss our next two connecting flights. I tried to contact them through their ai chat but couldn't find a solution. My husband found a phone number to call by googling edreams and the country we were in. Once I could talk to an agent and tell them the problem they sorted new tickets for us free if charge even though it wasn't the airlines fault.

Warning about eDreams 🚫 Warning about eDreams 🚫 I booked 8 tickets and paid in advance for trolley bags — but eDreams never passed the info to the airline, so I had to pay again at the airport. They promised a full refund but gave only a partial one with no receipt or explanation, and only after my credit card company intervened did they add more — still $90 short. Terrible service, zero transparency. Avoid this company. āœˆļøāŒ

If you want to get scammed out of your money, book via EDREAMs! Booked fights through EDREAMS on Air India, flights were afterwards cancelled - only received partial refund and had to call to receive that! Also my card was charged 90 EUR for prime memebership without my authorisation. If you want to get scammed out of your money this is the company to go for!

This company keeps harassing me after telling them to stop. This company keeps harassing me after telling them to stop. I had given up on my refund and insurance long ago but they keep emailing me to eDreamsplain how Im not entitled to a refund and insurance. Even though they sold it to me as something that'd be covered by it. They're more invested about PR management than solving client issues, which can only be the reason they're contacting me.

Being very Greedy!! It’s clear that eDreams is more focused on selling their Prime membership than providing any real value to customers. The membership offers no meaningful benefits, and their customer support is completely unhelpful when it comes to canceling the subscription or issuing refunds. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – 90+ Days and Still No Resolution I’ve had a flight cancellation case open with eDreams for over 90 days, and I still haven’t received any update or resolution. I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer support, but it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. The chatbot just goes in circles with unhelpful options and repeats the same message: ā€œOur agents may be busy due to a high number of contacts, so before I look for an available agent to assist you, I’ll show you a list of topics you might find useful.ā€ There’s no clear way to speak to a human or even find a direct email address for support. It feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult for customers to get help. After three months of waiting, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Delays can happen, but leaving customers in the dark and trapped in a chatbot loop is not how a serious travel company should operate. I’m posting this review in the hope that someone at eDreams finally takes notice and helps resolve my case. I just want a clear update and closure after months of silence.

Scammers Used eDreams to make a booking and later had €89.99 taken from my bank without my knowledge. I’ve since read reviews and evidently when you book with them you are unwittingly signing up to an annual subscription which they take directly from your bank. They also make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe……beware, they are scammers

Avoid this unethical mob Avoid this mob! In my experience they take your money then totally fail to deliver their contractual obligations. As part of their 'service' they promised to provide boarding passes for my family and I on a Ryanair flight. The login credentials they sent me didn't work and they failed to fix the problem despite me sending them details, including screenshots of the process and error messages I received. I contacted them five times and each time they just sent me a generic response. 24 hrs before my flight they advised me that they couldn't check me in and just dismissively advised me to contact Ryanair, ignoring my repeated previous advice that I couldn't check in with Ryanair. I was obliged to book new flights directly with Ryanair at my own cost, which incidentally was cheaper than the fare I forfeited to this unreliable mob. In subsequent communications they have refused to accept any responsibility. Once they have your money they don't want to know you.

Flight canceled and never got my money back Flight canceled and never got my money back booked a flight October 2024 - flight was canceled - till now , August 2025 i never got the money back - many called to the call center - all promised that i will get my money back but never got the money back - more then 50 calls and still no results . UPDATE: Still didnt got my refund- keep calling the CS and they keep repeating that u have to wait(waiting already more then 1 year) by the law as the agent when you buy the air flight ticket from, they are obligated to return the money not more then 60 days - 1 year passed - no refund yet- Dont buy from this company anything do yourself a favor!!!!

AVOID Avoid avoid avoid .........no stars They appear to charge outrageous baggage fee's . An internal flight for 2 with Pegasus from Istanbul to Bodrum is 56euro with 20 kg x2 . Same flight booked through edreams 290euro of which 255 euro is for the bags!!!! Made this mistake inadvertedly ,couldnt get my booking through on the Pegasus website and got directed to edreams . Also scammed on the PRIME subscription ........

Edreams is a scam It’s a scam, do not use. They sold me tickets for a flight to Las Vegas that didn’t exist. Then they requested a refund from the airline and took the money, all without telling me. The day of, I was confirmed on Edreams but Dpirit said that the flight reservation code never existed. They got me for $579 for the tickets, and $59 for the refund they took back for what they had paid for the fake reservation.

Nie zugestimmt – trotzdem 119,99 € wegā€œ Das war meine schlimmste Erfahrung überhaupt – mir wurden einfach 119,99 € abgebucht, ohne dass ich je eine "Prime Plus"-Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen habe. So viel Geld – einfach weg, ohne Zustimmung. Absolut unseriƶs. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück. Nie wieder!
