Waardeloos op de heenreis, lange rijen bagage douane etc daardoor bijna vlucht gemist. Terugreis anderhalf uur bij bagage moeten wachten.

Great airport and staff. Plenty of restaurants and shops and immigration officers/police really friendly even allowing the kids to stamp their own passports! Easy travelling experience.

I needed wheelchair assistance but no one ever came to help me. I l registered in advance. My flight was coming from Dublin. At the Dublin airport, everyone was professional and helpful. Once I arrived in Amsterdam they couldn’t care less. There was a group of about 5 of us who needed assistance and none was to be found. An employee even said it was a “bad problem” but neglected to do anything to help. Unacceptable.
