I placed an order with Edible Arrangements for a very special birthday occasion, and unfortunately, my experience with the Geenwood, IN location was extremely disappointing.
I called three separate times and was told each time by the same employee — who claimed she was the manager but refused to provide her name — that my order was already out for delivery. Based on that information, I continued waiting anxiously for it to arrive, only to later find out that the order had never even gone out for delivery at all.
The misinformation made it impossible for me to properly plan, especially since the recipient was not going to be available later in the evening due to birthday celebrations already planned.
When I tried to work with them to see if the arrangement could at least be sent out using their in-house delivery driver, I was told they could not do that and had to wait for a third-party driver instead. At that point, the unnamed “manager” became aggressive simply because I was upset over the misinformation and lack of transparency.
She then involved the supposed owner, Kate, who immediately came onto the call in an equally aggressive and confrontational manner without first asking what happened or attempting to understand the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was threatened with cancellation of my order. I recorded the entire conversation because of how hostile and unprofessional the interaction became.
I ultimately chose to cancel my order and contacted corporate to file a formal complaint.
After seeing the ratings for this location, I now understand why so many others have had negative experiences as well. I will never do business with this location again, and I’m sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions before ordering from here.
Response to the Owner Kate: I canceled my own order and chose to take my business elsewhere due to the conduct I experienced from both yourself and your staff who lied claiming to be the manager. I also reported the incident to corporate.
The pattern of complaints in the reviews speaks for itself. Numerous customers have raised concerns about quality of product customer service and the owner KATE at this location. I encourage others to read the reviews and make their own informed decision. Funny how every complaint is never there fault but the customers fault. Things that make you go hmmmmm!!!

We reported this incident to corporate for the aggressive language and profanity used on the part of the customer. That will not be tolerated and orders will be canceled in those instances.
