I placed an order with Edible Arrangements for a very special birthday occasion, and unfortunately, my experience with the Geenwood, IN location was extremely disappointing. I called three separate times and was told each time by the same employee — who claimed she was the manager but refused to provide her name — that my order was already out for delivery. Based on that information, I continued waiting anxiously for it to arrive, only to later find out that the order had never even gone out for delivery at all. The misinformation made it impossible for me to properly plan, especially since the recipient was not going to be available later in the evening due to birthday celebrations already planned. When I tried to work with them to see if the arrangement could at least be sent out using their in-house delivery driver, I was told they could not do that and had to wait for a third-party driver instead. At that point, the unnamed “manager” became aggressive simply because I was upset over the misinformation and lack of transparency. She then involved the supposed owner, Kate, who immediately came onto the call in an equally aggressive and confrontational manner without first asking what happened or attempting to understand the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was threatened with cancellation of my order. I recorded the entire conversation because of how hostile and unprofessional the interaction became. I ultimately chose to cancel my order and contacted corporate to file a formal complaint. After seeing the ratings for this location, I now understand why so many others have had negative experiences as well. I will never do business with this location again, and I’m sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions before ordering from here. Response to the Owner Kate: I canceled my own order and chose to take my business elsewhere due to the conduct I experienced from both yourself and your staff who lied claiming to be the manager. I also reported the incident to corporate. The pattern of complaints in the reviews speaks for itself. Numerous customers have raised concerns about quality of product customer service and the owner KATE at this location. I encourage others to read the reviews and make their own informed decision. Funny how every complaint is never there fault but the customers fault. Things that make you go hmmmmm!!!

We reported this incident to corporate for the aggressive language and profanity used on the part of the customer. That will not be tolerated and orders will be canceled in those instances.

Partial Order, Not Complete. I placed an order from the store in Brockton Ma, for my niece birthday. I ordered the gift set that includes, one red rose, one baloon & 5 cupcakes + an additional card I paid for too on the side. Unfortunately, they sent her partial of the expensive order I placed. Missing was, the red rose & two cupcakes. I complained about it, they never reached out. I am owed a partial refund which I know I ain't receiving. I will NEVER order from them again. They robbed me of my money. Very dissatisfied that they do this to any customer. Not recommended

Kate is phenomenal. They didn’t have the flowers I selected so she called in advance to discuss this and also mentioned adjusting a price if the flowers sent would differ, rather than sending an order that I would not expect and be thrown off. My order was also delivered to the wrong address and she went above and beyond to correct it and pay for the redelivery.

Excellent service. My order was perfect & delivered on time. The recipient was extremely pleased with quality & arrangement of the dessert board. I ordered rwo items on the website & it charged me two separate delivery fees. The owner caught it & was kind enough to refund one of the delivery fees. I will definitely be a returning customer.

First time going to this location, got a basket for my sister who's been sick. She liked the pineapples not so much the strawberries and mangoes and the green fruit she said not sweet enough. Thanks.

Hi there. Sorry I'm just now seeing this. We only use mangoes in the summertime. Are you sure you were at our store? Doesn't look good to a potential customer to see you park your BMW in a premium space. I'm planning a gathering soon and was going to see about having arrangements made to serve my guests. I'll go elsewhere or better yet, create my own.

I'm disappointed to see a review that is not based on products & service but rather my parking. I am equally disappointed to see this harassing behavior towards me personally. Sharing a photo of my car with my license plate exposed is an inappropriate and unprofessional action. I have submitted this review to Google for consideration under "Bullying or Harassment" and under "Personal Information Shared".

If you have a choice I would choose the 62nd street store. Im not sure if it is run by yhe same owner bit this location has alot to do before they are able to accept multiple orders. I was very disappointed with the customer service by their new cashier who had not received proper training as well as the owner was rather dismissive promising that she was planning to train him today. The owner did offer to do the arrangement again and was apologetic but I didn't have 30 to 40 min. to wait till they could do it right. This is not fair to the customer nor the new cashier. I will be going to the other location if it is not owned by the same owner. Otherwise, flowers of the non edible persuasion will be the gift of chice.

A week ago I spent over $100 on [2] Fruit Trays with great disappointment. I spoke with a lady at the Greenwood store who confirmed a picture from their website that had exactly what I was looking for - Fresh Strawberries dipped in chocolate, custom cut pineapple, apple, oranges & honeydew sections in a decent quantity of about 15-17 slices each. I was on my way to the birthday party we were going to serve them at and the Mrs. & I were picking up the trays on our way. When I arrived at their store, the trays were small, the strawberries were plain, not dipped & there wasn't much fruit. The quantity was well below what was agreed & promised for the price I paid. The only positive part, was the fruit was fresh. The only way I would do business with these folks, is by personally stopping by their store & make sure you know what size they're making for you & the cost. Otherwise, you may end up with what I did - An Over-priced, small order that may fall well short of what you told you were gonna get.

Hey, Tom- Thanks for the feedback. I am happy to hear that your fruit was fresh but sad to hear that what you ordered was not what you anticipated. The fresh fruits platter (what you ordered) is all fresh...no chocolate at all. The other platter that has dipped items on it & apples is the indulgence platter but it doesn't have any melon or oranges. In both cases, the platters are 12in platters with snap on lids. I'm not sure where the confusion was but I will work with the associate that placed the order to make sure they have education behind the suggestions they are making.

Kate is absolutely amazing! I placed an order to get delivered to a hotel and she sent me pictures of my arrangement and every detail of my order. She even went out of her way to let me pick the colors of the balloons. This was so appreciated since I am out of state and wouldn't have been able to see the arrangement until the receiver sent me a picture. I'm beyond grateful for Kate and can't thank her enough!

My order wasn’t delivered on Valentine’s Day as promised 3 days prior by the owner and when it was delivered the next day the quality of fruit wasn’t presentable nor fresh. I received a refund on my delivery. Worst delivery experience on a special holiday for my husband that was ruined.

Thank you for your feedback. We made your arrangement fresh for delivery Sat AND sent a $50 box of chocolate covered Vday strawberries as a way of saying sorry at no charge for the late delivery in addition to the refunded delivery fee. In your text to me, you seemed fine with the resolution. I'm disappointed to hear that you are still unhappy. I'm not sure what else I could have done to rectify this situation.

I placed a 120 dollar order on the night before valentine day. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 5pm on valentine day here it is 7 pm the day after valentine and my order is still just saying store has received my order. It still haven't even been made so goes without saying my order was never delivered!😡 I've called the store numerous times no one has answered. I left voicemails no call backs and submitted numerous cancelation and refund via their website still nothing back! So now I have to find time out of my busy schedule to go to the actual location cause at this point it's flat out robbery. they took my order and my money and I decided received anything in return not even a phone call back the worst online buying experience I've ever had
