I bought a raspberry pi with solar assistant and some bits to fit it. It’s something that you don’t get anymore customer service I could get it to work sent lt back twice was returned back to me reflashed and checked. Was not the pi that was the problem it was my internet. They spent hours sending me WhatsApp to try different things. I put in a solar system last year 2 regrets one I didn’t get a bigger battery 2 which is more important I wish I found this company before I had it fitted. Great service.

I cannot recommend Eco Power Direct enough, they genuinely care unlike some other companies in this industry I've dealt with. We had a few postal issues which were of no fault of theirs, but Eco Power Direct made sure that all of these issues were promptly resolved and some. They were always quick to reply and kept me updated with progress on an inverter repair they did for me. I will certainly be a returning customer.
