Keith did such an amazing job! He was very up front with the cost and his prices are AMAZING. I called around and got several quotes. Not to mention he is a small business which I was thrilled to support. I run several companies myself and Keith is top-notch. I would highly recommend him!

We called Keith out because of a wasp problem. I only knew of 1 place that they were located, but he searched & found another nest. Then 1 week later I still saw wasps on my deck. I called him back & he came out right away for no additional charge & found another nest and got rid of it. I highly recommend this company for wasp/ hornet eradication!

Very knowledgeable and accessible

Nothing about this guy’s practice is eco friendly. Uses poison and glue traps for mice. He fills cracks with poison, steel wool then siliconed a rock on top of it. In no way is it sustainable or has longevity to actually fix the problem. Pricing is good but the mice have come back both times that I’ve used this company.

We are so thankful for Keith at Eco Friendly Pest Control! I called him with our pest problem, and when he heard that we were out of his service area, he told me everything we needed to know to take care of the infestation ourselves. He was encouraging and completely willing to answer our questions. He explained techniques, chemicals, and other necessary supplies, and he made himself available as further questions came up. I contacted him several times after our initial conversation, via call and text, and his responses were prompt and informative. He never made us feel like we were bothering or inconveniencing him, even though we weren't a paying customer. Someone who is this helpful when it is of no benefit to him has to love what he's doing. He saved us hundreds of dollars and helped us get through a stressful situation. Thank you so much, Keith.

After hearing a critter between the walls on Thursday night, we called several companies for service. A couple called back and said they couldn’t do anything until after the Memorial Day weekend. Keith called me back in a short time and said he would come out after finishing a couple other appointments that day!! I am so glad he is the one to respond. After a very thorough inspection in my house and putting out poison traps, he went outside and inspected around the house on his knees looking for any suspicious gaps or holes they could get in. He found a couple that he plugged with steel wool so entry would not be possible. After all this, he came back in to explain everything he had done. I am keeping his card handy if I ever need this service again. He was absolutely great to deal with.

Set expectations and educated me about my problem in a relaxed experience. Keith did just what i needed.

I will never call another as long as Keith is doing this. He was so helpful and understanding, He helped us even know we had 5 people there to help. He explained everything in detail as he went. He was perfect on what he charged us (way lower than any company with in 100 miles of us.) He comes back and will not charge you again for it. Living bug free in this city is very hard but he makes it easy!! Thanks!

Great service! I like that the pest control product that Eco uses is pet safe, and the technician, Keith was thorough. Would highly recommend.
