I called with an urgent job, and within an hour there was someone here and the problem was sorted. It turns out there had been none of the team available so Trystian the Project Manager came himself. It was appreciated that he took the time. I would recommend this company, and we will happily use their services again.

I needed a 15amp outside socket fitting and cables running. Needed in a quick turnaround of a couple of days. Tristan was fantastic and came to asses and emailed pricing within a couple of hours. Boys came a couple of days later to fit and were fantastic. Couldn't recommend enough.

Gene did a great job measuring, advising and quoting the heat pump we wanted. Install good, aftercare needed with enabling the wifi. Would have been good to have had the app installed at the time, but was sorted quickly. Thank you Hiko Electrical, a good job well done

I had Hiko Electrical replace my old Panasonic air conditioner with a new Panasonic unit for my rental property in Omokoroa in March 2026.
The project manager, Hamu Burn, was professional and well organised throughout the process. The job was completed to a high standard, and everything ran smoothly.

I have found Hiko being a very good company to use. They have been to me about 3-4 times now and I have found them to be very reliable, and fair in their pricing. If you have a problem they sort it out without any fuss. I am happy to continue using them.

Hiko have recently installed our Sigenergy battery system. We were impressed with the service of the team. Chris came out to quote the day after we called and sent the quote that evening. The team were tidy and we are very happy with the end result. Chris has been great with follow up support as well.
