Hi Gelman, We do not have any hidden charges at Easymix. All is explained upon booking. Your agreed m3 rate, delivery and we allow 10mins per m3 discharge time anything over this is charged as waiting time. Which is all agreed upon booking. Please do get in contact and we can see how long you had the truck on site and play back the recorded call.
Great service! Friendly team on the phone and the guys that came to pump the concrete.
They also helped me out in a pinch as I ordered the concrete at 3pm on a Wednesday and they arrived at 8am the next morning.
Much cleaner than a competitor I used for another project too.

Hi Danny, we have been trading for over 20 years and we have always taken payment upfront this is company policy and has never changed. I’m sorry that we cannot pour the concrete without payment but we have been stung in the past and this is why we have this policy in place. I don’t think it’s fair you posted this review, 2 years is a lot of time to give up on over a quotation you was not happy with.

Highly not recommend company to working with.
I have used company for years and always had small problems but last one is over my mind.
I have order screed mixed on side for 3 days in a same week. On day 2 I have order 5 m3 and driver drop us 5 m3 but I was charged for 8 m3 and they charged me £522 extra. Is just a theft and I have reported to my bank. On delivery date no one from my team was asked to sign anything so now I do not have proof of how much was left. But when I called them to order I was asked for 5 m3 and no one change quantity so I don’t know why drivers left 8 m3 and who instructed him to do so. Finally they charged me for 8m3 but I have 5 witnesses that they left only 5m3.
That was my last order with them and will move this THEFT forward.

I would recommend. I called for a concrete pour for our foundations, and was able to have a lorry and a pump arranged in 2 days. They arrived on time and the quote was very resonance. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We did need to direct the Concrete nozzle which was quite heavy but manageable with 2 to 3 people. I would hire again if I needed!
Had Michael and Sven come and pump me some concrete for my foundations.
The guys were great! Polite and Helpful. This made the whole job go very smoothly and they were very helpful.
Top notch service across the board. Cleaned up perfectly after themselves too.
