☺Buona posizione a 2,5km dal centro storico e lungolago di Lucerna. Ben servito da mezzi pubblici. Riscaldamento a pavimento ottimo e bagno spazioso e confortevole.
☹Le scale sono impegnative, soprattutto se sei al secondo piano con le valigie.

☹Квартира дуже в поганому стані: ліжка, як тюремні койки; пліснява у спальні і ванній кімнаті; всі меблі на кухні просочені жирними плямами; посуд увесь переживали самі, бо був брудний, чистота посуду не контролюється; підлога у жахливому стані. Це найгірше житло яке я знімала на Booking. На моє прохання змінити житло я отримала відмову.

You unfortunately booked and apartment without checking the bed types or the pictures of that apartment and therefore unfortunately it wasn't possible to assign you another apartment as everything for 5 people was already booked out.
Also after we weren't able to give you another apartment you came up with many excuses to try to cancel your booking, unfortunately all we can say is, there was nothing wrong with the apartment and unfortunately you just were not satisfied because we couldn't cancel on the arrival or to give you another apartment, but at the end of the day we gave you the exact apartment you booked, and unfortunately you just didn't confirm the details yourself while booking.

☺ It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We were 4 adults and 2 children (5yo). The kitchen very well equipped. We had everything we needed. The apartment is very well located, 15 min from the main station by bus. The bus stop is 2min walking.
☹ The heating in two bedrooms were not very strong.

☺Les appartements étaient spacieux et bien placés ! Nous étions bien placés dans la ville et le personnel à répondu favorable à nos demandes.
☹Nous avons eu des coupures d'eau chaude et nous n'avons pas pu prendre des douches chaudes. J'ai mis plusieurs semaines et plusieurs relances pour avoir un dédommagement mais ça a finalement été fait.
