Dr. Koehler and his whole staff are welcoming and helpful. I had an abdomioplasty with muscle repair and lipo. The results are absolutely amazing. I love that they have an app for communication with the staff...I had some questions that would pop up during my recovery, and I could hop on the app, message them, and expect help and answers very shortly. It was super convenient. Dr. Koehler isn't the kind of Dr who pushes for procedures to be done...he is honest and gives his real opinions, without any sort of pressure. The day of surgery was my first surgery ever so I was incredibly nervous, but everyone present was comforting and confident and I knew I was in good hands. My recovery was seamless and my results are everything I was wanting!

I could not be more happy with my results! Dr Koehler listened to all of my wants and exceeded all expectations! Very talented! The staff was very professional and informative. Exceptional Care and Outstanding Results -Life Changing Experience! I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had two weeks ago with Dr. James Koehler and his amazing staff. Choosing to have my implants removed after 22 years was a deeply personal decision and from my first visit with Dr. Koehler, I felt heard, supported and cared for in a way that gave me confidence. His knowledge and explanation of the full enbloc capsulectomy and lift made me feel like I was in the very best hands. On the day of the surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist and from the moment I began to describe how terribly I responded to “going under” she worked me me clearly and concisely to let me know I would be out to sleep with no narcotic to ease recovery. It was a solid game changer!! All of his nursing staff and surgical center staff showed me kindness and compassion making sure I was informed through the entire process!! I’ve recovered with very little discomfort and a wonderful result. If you are considering an implant removal or any other procedure, I would urge you to use Dr Koehler and his staff. I’m humbled and thankful for each of them.
I had a breast Aug/lift with Dr. Koehler last week. I was extremely nervous to go under to have a cosmetic surgery done. Dr Koehler and his team were absolutely amazing. They were comforting beyond belief. His CRNA, Shannon, was a DREAM. His nurse, Carlie, was a God send. Everyone I encountered with at his office was so caring, professional, understanding, patient and kind. Dr. Koehler was amazing! He was very thorough with the entire process of deciding which size implant I should go with, according to my goals and my body shape. I never once felt uncomfortable in his office. I highly highly recommend him to anyone for your cosmetic needs. You will not regret it. I have told all my family and friends who have been interested in having a procedure done to go to him.
Before I even had my 1st in office consultation, my pre-visit phone conference with Denvia was phenomenal. She explained things so well and I really understood all that would happen for the entire process. On my 1st visit (in office consultation) Dr. Koehler really made me at ease with his warm and genuinely caring bedside manner. He listened to my wants and needs and explained the best way to have them met. I really felt I was in very capable hands.
All of his staff have been exceptional. They have been so warm and knowledgeable, and really made me feel like a valued patient. I am looking forward to my next procedure when we can get it arranged.

Dream Body from a Dream Surgeon
I came to Dr. Koehler as a late 30s mom with a decent body and left as a late 30s mom with a great body! Dr. Koehler was my 3rd consult after traveling to Orlando and Miami to meet with some well-known surgeons. I was instantly thrilled by his calm demeanor and the realistic expectations that he set for my goals. He did a mini tummy tuck to correct my 4-time csection scar and also gave me my dream boobs with a breast lift and augmentation. His staff was lovely, my healing was easy, and my results are fabulous! I would recommend him 100 times over if I could!
I want to add to my original review of how amazing my consultation experience was with Dr. Koehler and his staff. After the decision to use Dr. Koehler then going into my revision procedure, to correct another doctor's work, I feel truly blessed to have found them all. Especially Dr. Koehler. He knew exactly what needed to be done and even went above that to correct and make sure my healing/outcome would be 100 percent. You can tell his first goal is your health then his knowledge and experience shows afterwards in the results. I'm definitely Dr. Koehler's biggest fan and will send everyone that has needs and will listen his way.

Dr. Koehler is an incredible surgeon. He performed my breast lift, breast augmentation and Brazilian butt lift (each were months apart). Dr. Koehler listened carefully and explained his professional opinions and explained the procedures in detail during pre-op appointments. All three procedures left me with absolutely amazing results that exceeded my expectations. He is truly a phenomenal artist. His staff members (Layne, Caitlin, Sarah, and Carlie were the ones I saw most often) were very sweet and always helpful. Would come back again if I ever needed anything else done. :)
I absolutely love this place! I want to first off say thank you to his front desk lady, Bunny. She has been such a big help in making sure she answered any questions I had and her recommendations for things I had question about, she went above and beyond! She truly wants the best for his patients and that in itself means so much! Both dr kholer and his staff have been so welcoming! I Havnt been this happy with my Botox in a long time !
