Friendly, efficient and professional

Had a filling drop out which was quite painful. East End managed to book me into an emergency appointment the next day and rebuilt my tooth at that appointment. I can't say I enjoyed it ! but was delighted with the service. The dentist (whose name escapes me) was excellent, both technically and also managing my comfort through an unpleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent service as always

My Daughter had a filling with Adam, she was really nervous and Adam was great he took his time with her and explained everything he was doing to put her at ease. It was a very positive appointment and I can’t thank him enough for his patience and understanding

A major decline since my dentist left...Will be looking elsewhere if standards don't improve...

I have a massive phobia of dentists. Peter completely put me at ease, listened to my symptoms. He was reassuring, and talked through everything with explanation. He gave me a plan. I'm really happy and have confidence to see him regularly. Will have regular visits from now. Peter has also treated my daughter who has autism and learning difficulty. He did a tooth extraction, with patience and gradual pain relief. It was all over in 5 mins, with no pain and excellent healing. We came away with excellent after care. Just like to also mention the amazing nurses that work with him. So reassuring and held her hand. My faith restored in dentists 😃

Super fast emergency appointment and excellent job done on repairing my broken tooth

I had a check up appointment with Michael Cole and a hygienist appointment with Lekshmi Sreelatha, both were excellent appointments, very professional and on time. My wife and I have been patients her for many years and we highly recommend the practice.

Appointments, reminders and advance updating of medical information simple and efficient. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful as ever. I couldn't do without my two visits per year to the hygienist. Tracy is so thorough and always finds time for a laugh. Almost a pleasure to go to the dentist.
