What an amazing company! After tons of research, I decided to go with this company. I am so glad I did. The owner, Gary, is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and dependable! I received a GREAT price and EXCELLENT service. His install team, led by Giovanni, was outstanding. Respectful, efficient, and professional!!! My patio is even more beautiful than expected! Professional! Great customer service! Great value! Awesome communication! We got our patio done along with added lights and dimmers. Gary was very professional when he came out for our in home estimate he gave us an idea of what options there were and answered every question we had with no hesitation. The men (Giovanni was one) that came to build our patio were professional as well, courteous and were constantly working you can tell they don't cut corners to just "get the job done" they ensure everything was built and measured correctly. Both men (Gary and Giovanni) had great communication and if I had any questions or just needed to contact them I always received a quick response my calls or texts were never ignored and were answered either automatically or a few minutes later! Our patio looks amazing we are in love with our new backyard

Gary and the guys are so respectful,knowledgeable, honest and fast! We had a 20' x 23' patio installed and the did it in about a day. They were fast and the the patio cover looks amazing. We have high winds up here and my patio cover has already been tested and withstood extremely high winds the first day done. I definitely recommend Gary and his amazing guys!!

This is why it pays to pay for a True Professional: On 12/11/22, I reached out to Gary for help because I had some accidental damage of which he acknowledged right away and by 12/15/22, he had the side rafter ready to be replaced by his team. Now that's what I call Total Customer Service Satisfaction. Thank you again Gary @Team California Redwood! After being highly recommended from another very satisfied customer. I too highly recommend. Gary and his team were very professional, honest and to top it off they offer the best quality and price. My family and I are very pleased. We can't wait to start decorating the patio and enjoying get togethers w friends and family this Summer! 🌞

100% recommend California Redwood gazebos happy the way patio turned out. A way better look than using material wood Very clean finish. Garry is honest straight forward and always answered any of my questions. His installers Giovanni, Luis, Marcos were professional clean and fast great team all around.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Garey and Mary. Very unprofessional. They don't communicate well: one person tells you one thing and the other person something diffrent. I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere. My patio cover was delayed by a month! and on top of that he didn't give me what we primarily discussed. On top of that he was trying to add more fees. They don't come through with what they promise to do.

Gary came out to give us a quote on a 25x12' patio cover (white alumiwood, 2 fan installations, 6 LED lights and a dimmer) and it was very fair and affordable. We hired him right before summer started so the wait was about 3 months due to very high volume. During the wait Gary was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. His guys came out to install the patio and did a fantastic job! They were also very communicative and asked us for guidance on placement and wanted us to see the progress. They were very professional, kind, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We love our new patio and can't wait to decorate.

Gary with California Redwood Gazebos and Patios is an awesome guy. Our patio design/install was a bit different than just a structure on a cement pad. We had two different roof elevations and instead of the support posts being mounted directly to the patio slab they were mounted to a garden block wall. I was not able to actually visualize the final outcome until his installation crew went to work. They did a great job! Gary was always available when any questions arose! Happy Wife Happy Life 😊

This company is so awesome. The work that was done was superb and professional. I would highly recommend anyone that wants a patio cover and done right to contact them. They go above and beyond to do the job right and to make sure the ppl they are working for is very happy before they leave.
