Partial garage conversion with single storey extension. (SO53)
Paul at DWG Plans has produced detailed plans and applied to TVBC on my behalf. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, competent, patient and produced CAD drawings in a timely manner. He has made me feel at ease and been extremely patient with me whilst I’ve had to search for supportive paper-work or taken time getting back to him. As a dual carer for my disabled daughter and my elderly dad, having recently moved to a new home, (with clutter!) and also working part-time; Paul has worked with me to produce skilled plans in a non-judgemental manner. I cannot recommend DWG highly enough!

Paul visited initially with my roofing contractor to assess the practicality of having the alterations I wanted. He then came back to complete his survey. He arrived promptly as arranged and completed his measuring in an hour or so.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by DWG. Paul was very thorough on his first visit. We had quotes from architects which were very expensive but the builder recommended using Paul who is a draftsman. Paul’s quote was very competitive and he explained the entire process. He is very knowledgeable. We asked for some changes to the initial plans which was not a problem at all. Very efficient.
