I don't go into the clinic because I don't live in Houston. I use the on line doctor services. Every appointment has been excellent and within the given timeframe. A great reasonable priced option for medical services. I ordered lab tests myself and received the DrSays discount. The website is easy to navigate.

Absolutely love DrSays! They provided me with a MD note when I turned my ankle and needed to rest. Also helped refill allergy related medications that I have taken since she 13. Process is easy, fast and no BS. Was great to know about this service when I'm interim between employers/insurance. Great, affordable resource and the team is prompt with response.

So you can't get a refund once a Dr's note is issued, even if they don't do their job. I had Dr. Imran and the call lasted 22 seconds, he didn't ask me any questions aside from confirming what I had put down in the reason for a visit section, saw that I needed a Dr's note for work, said he'd send me one and then hung up. I needed help, not just an excuse for work. I did, however, get help from a Dr. from Teladoc, who (thankfully for me) had gone through what I'm going through, so now I'm on a medication that's going to actually help me.
I have seen some good reviews for some other Dr's here, so if you decide to go with Drsays, stay away from Imran. If you want a really good sits, Teladoc is so much better.

I was very apprehensive about signing up and scheduling an appointment with DrSays, but having no insurance right now and in desperate need of an antibiotic, I decided to give them a try. I just had my first appointment with them and was beyond impressed not just with how great my Doctor was but with the entire process. Setting up the appointment was very easy and Dr. Larson was wonderful. I signed up for the membership with DrSays, because the cost of the membership basically pays for itself if you end up using them once every 3 months. Although, if you choose not to take advantage of the membership the appointments are still super affordable.
I scheduled a "basic" appt at 1:13pm for the 1-2pm timeslot, for an itchy rash that I developed. The Dr called me back at 1:33pm and sent a Rx over to my pharmacy. The call lasted exactly 1m10s in total.
(In case anyone is as skeptical as me, I assure that I am an actual human being and this is a real review! 😆)

I have been using Dr. Says very regularly (probably 4 times a month) during the last 3 months, and I cannot recommend them enough!
I have saved quite a large amount of money by going through them rather than through Lab Corp. Not only that, their customer service is really excellent!
I had an issue with some of my labs being lost in the system due to my name change (I recently got married). I emailed them and they texted back almost instantly, and they were able to fix the problem extremely fast.
