Not only was my doctor late, when he called he didn't even ask my name or if he had the correct person on the line he just immediately (and with attitude) let me know he wasn't going to help me, wasn't going to prescribe me anything or give me a dr. note and I was unable to get a refund because I opted to keep my appointment when they tried to pass it off. He told me my symptoms were "inappropriate" and i needed to go to the ER... for a stomachache and nausea. ridiculous.
A nominal membership fee gets you gigantic lab savings. And you can order labs for your kids. A1c for $6.75 (vs 45 dollars through the hospital, or 90 dollars point of care POC). Thyroid labs for a song, under half price. Once I ordered a lab test for myself by mistake (it was supposed to be for a kid) and so I put in a refund request and they SMS’ed me and the refund was complete in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend! Rushed and unhelpful experience
I felt rushed and dismissed when explaining my symptoms and concerns to Dr. Gillespie. Rather than addressing my complaint, I was told to see a doctor—which is exactly what I thought I was doing. This experience left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I do not recommend this service if you’re looking for genuine care.

I have been a patient for several years and typically need to call only 4–5 times a year. Each time, the process has been smooth and efficient—from scheduling the appointment, to speaking with the doctor, to having my prescription promptly called in to the pharmacy.
The pricing is very reasonable, and the doctors are truly excellent. I highly recommend their services.
I’ve been blessed with Dr. Robinson for my care on a few visits. She rocks! She listens to my concerns, comes up with a treatment plan, explains what she is prescribing and why and calls the scripts in.
The entire visit takes 10-15 mins.

As a person without insurance I needed affordable healthcare. This service is convenient, affordable and the best part to me was the virtual option. I want to say Thanks to all the people involved in providing this service.
Prices are excellent and it’s about as easy as you can get. Lab results came in 24 hours and everything was perfect. It seriously couldn’t be any better. If you aren’t using DrSays, you’re paying 30%-50% more than you should. My new “go to” for blood work. This was my first time using them and I was thoroughly impressed.
As a first time user & patient today, I set up my login & made an appointment within the hour to be seen. Yes, I had to wait close to an hour but that is standard when you are given an appt from 3pm-4pm it could be anywhere in between. It’s called patience! The communication up until the appt with the doctor was smooth & informative. I spoke to the doctor & got a prescription for much needed prednisone for my RA flare & it’s already at the pharmacy. Customer service was very kind, followed up quickly to my questions, & overall it was a wonderful experience. The only complaint I have is Dr. Tao asked what mg I wanted to go with 40mg or 20mg, I said let’s do 40mg. But he sent in 20mg on the script. That’s okay it will work, but what is spoken & agreed upon needs to be followed through with. Great experience overall.
Dr says saved my life yesterday after being poorly treated in a pharmacy clinic. Dr David Sun called me after 10 mins and prescribed what i needed in literally 10 mins. Thank you for this amazing and humanitarian invention for the American people.
12/24/25: I ended up with pink eye, which started out feeling as if I had an eyelash on my eyeball. I did research and found dr.says. I was called in a matter of minutes and spoke with Dr. Hoang. I received great service and my meds were called to my pharmacy immediately. Unfortunately for me, the antibiotics didn't make the infection go away, so here we go again...
01/11/26: My eye was still infected, so I contacted dr.says again and this time Dr. Jessica Watters assisted me by phone. She was so helpful and listened to what all was going on with my eye. She's extremely helpful with her patients and prescribed more meds. My eye is now healed. I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with her credentials! Y'all need to check out the doctors' credentials who are associated with dr.says.com. I was so impressed with Dr. Watters, that I went ahead and became a member. This is great service, especially if one is self-pay. I can't speak highly enough regarding this awesome establishment! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!!
This is the second time my family has used this site. Doctors have been efficient and responsive. Didn't waste time, but still friendly. Cost was well worth it.
Dr Mansour gave me a blood test to check for infection which I already knew I didn't have. Don't go here unless you know what tests you want done, what you have or might have because they just want to make money and push you through. Was a half hour late for the one hour window I was given.
I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for over a month, belly pains, and unusual and frequent urine being cloudy flaky and completely clear throughout the day. I was already given doxycycline antibiotics and they did not work. Which is why I wanted blood tests done. He only checked for infection which I already knew I didn't have because the doxycycline would have cleared it up. He cut me off when I was telling him what I had already been through. Didn't want to talk about anything and kept cutting me off. The results came back that I didn't have an infection, duh, and he just sent a text telling me I didn't have an active infection to go see a doctor. Didn't explain what could be causing the swollen lymph nodes and belly pain and unusual urine. Just kept sending me messages to go see a doctor if my symptoms continue whenever I pressed for more information. Didn't offer more blood work to find out if it was something other than infection, that is what the other doctors are going to want to do btw, didn't order urinalysis, didn't order an ultrasound, didn't order a CT scan, didn't want to discuss anything. Very rude and incredibly ignorant money grabber.
My daughter had a painful toothache on a Sunday morning when most dentist office are closed. I researched doctors that take patients with no insurance and came across DrSays. I decided to give them a try. The cost was very affordable and appointment was between 12pm - 1pm and my daughter received the call from the doctor at 11:58am. The call lasted less than 5 mins. She seen the picture I submitted of my daughter’s tooth and seen it was infected. She immediately prescribed an antibiotic and pain meds and sent it over immediately to the requested pharmacy. The doctor was very nice and understanding and it was the quickest appointment my daughter have ever had! If you’re looking for an online doctor with no insurance I recommend giving them a try! I give this place a 5 star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So easy and worth the 40$. The doctors are great. Both times i’ve needed a visit it’s been extremely smooth. i spent 5 hours in the hospital the day before my first apt with Dr. Says and was wrongly turned away after waiting 5 hours. I booked an apt same day with Dr.says and the whole apt was less then 25 min. definitely recommend!!
Im still sick was supposed have a doctor call never did have another after I tell who ever Im sick coughing ear ache stuffy sore throat later that day they call give me cough pearls antibiotic inhaler text back tell im still sick call in same coughing pearls which didn't work in first place another antibiotic which doesn't work tex again I really feel horrible tell me to got to urgent care or else where how do you like that horrible what kind of service is this 😔
