Excellent Office manager Angela works diligently with insurance to ensure maximum benefits and helped also with finding a copay assistance program.
Dr. Ranginwala is very personable and has helped me significantly over the past 15 years manage my psoriatic arthritis pain.
Please go anywhere but here. There are way better doctors who listen. Bloodwork after bloodwork, to which Ranginwala didn't even talk about; I had to bring it up in the conversation that I had it done... Yet, I needed bloodwork done before getting a refill for my medication. LOL Telling someone to do yoga and ibuprofen just ain't it. My partner's family doc was concerned about his rheumatoid bloodwork & asked my partner to discuss it with ranginwala... to which Dr. Ranginwala didn't even want to discuss. Like, hello??? "If it were that bad, 90% of us would be in the hospital." That is what was it for me, although I should have found someone sooner. After a lil over a decade and with more doctors in Springfield, doctors who actively listen and genuinely care... If you actually want help, go elsewhere. eLxZxBe
I highly recommend him. I went 4 years needing answers and diagnosis and he was quick to the point. I'm already eating more food and I'm so thankful for this Dr. Also for the lord above as well. Also my name is Angie Haun cause Whitaker is my maidan name. The other rheumatologist left me to suffer for 4 years and now I'm going to be better and gain my weight back. Thank you so much Sr.
I have been seeing Dr. Ranginwala since spring of 2024. He was quick to order diagnostics and give me a diagnosis. He has worked with me for almost a year to get the best medicine for my condition. I have other conditions that make my care a bit tricky, and he has worked closely with me on making sure there are no interactions between the meds I take.
He also takes the time to explain his findings. I highly recommend him!
Dr Ranginwala and staff have all been very helpful and very kind! I recommend this office every chance I get! He has helped me feel better and for that I am very thankful! His experience as a doctor is why I chose to come here and as an RN I am very picky about which doctors offices I go to.

First appointment was two weeks ago, and at least the staff was friendly. Doctor had no idea who I was (was referred), didn't seem invested or even interested in why I was there. Though he did ask some questions and did a bare minimum exam. No talk of what the course of action was, no asking about specific symptoms, no telling me of common issues. Just decided on a lot of blood work and saying see you in two weeks. Follow up today and not confident in anything the Doc has to say. Will be GETTING A SECOND OPINION BY SOME WHO CARES. I RECOMMEND someone else.

Currently sitting in their office waiting for my mother in laws appt which was scheduled at 3pm and it’s currently 3:43. Had we been late or cancelled they’d charge us $.
Also, the front desk staff is rude and very unfriendly. Not to mention they look at you like you’re dumb. I think some training is needed or new staff.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems there may have been some confusion, as this review appears to be for a different doctor or office. Our standard wait time is within 15-20 minutes.
With the help of my insurance I found Dr. Ranginwala. Had an appointment in a few days. Started on treatment. 2nd appointment 2 weeks later increased meds based on lab results. I was ignored over 10 years ago and was left with untreated for RA.
A complication was detected I have 3rd visit Monday. I'm very pleased with this doctor.

Disappointed and neglected. Saw this guy for maybe 10 mins. He didn't listen. He just ordered blood tests and then saw me for a follow up for 5 mins. Said since what he ordered was fine it must be fibromyalgia and to try a different specialist. No other testing was done. He just gave me meds that are bad for my liver and wasted time. Drove over an hour to get there hoping this would be the one that listened.
