They did well in finding me an appointment the next day. However, the amount I paid them out of pocket was not enough to cover the total for my appointment. I had to pay another 57 euros when I arrived for my appointment. The hospital apologized for the extra charge, but Drnearme should have been aware of/told me the total price upfront.

Contacted the medical center at10am and was offered an immediate face to face consultation with the doctor. I was very impressed by Dr. She was thorough in her assessment of my condition and gave good / sound advice, plus provided a prescription to see me through my holiday in Majorca. Excellent service provided. Thank you.

I was a bit anxious as I was in a foreign country but the doctor was excellent. The appointment was for my child and she put them at ease and explained everything so they could understand as well.

Can't fault the service at all. Quick response times from both the admin and the medical side. Hopefully we won't need to contact them again but I would definitely use them again if abroad and need medical help

If you are a tourist like me it’s difficult to understand how to get a prescription here in Spain. I got an appointment the same day I booked and I had made an error with my email but the customer service was quick to help me out and make sure I got my appointment. The doctor had great English and was very understanding of my problem and able to advise me what to do. Prescription was sent to me 5 minutes after the call. Very quick and simple.

I got sick with Covid my first week staying in Madrid. I couldn’t sleep because I was in so much pain from my sore throat, coughing, and body aches. I was able to make an appointment for 8:30am with an online doctor who was incredibly nice. She was able to send me prescriptions for meds instantly, which I then had filled at the pharmacy across the street from me. I got relief from my painful symptoms and my first full night’s sleep since getting sick. So grateful for this service! Definitely recommend!

It was my first time using this platform and it was very easy. At first I didn’t understand how to submit all my travel insurance documentation but customer service were very friendly and helped me through the whole process of booking an appointment with the doctor.
