From start to finish, I had an incredible experience with Dr Chung. Patience and Stephanie at the front desk are amazing. Shannon, my nurse was incredible. She made me feel comfortable, heard and seen during every appointment. Melanie and Rachel were phenomenal! I felt so at ease and my nerves immediately left once the ladies started my prep. Not So Great Lip Filler I got my lip filler from Dr. Chung on January 22, 2025. I told her that my lower lip, on the right side was slightly fuller than my left side and it looked imbalance so I requested to put more filler on the left side to make it more balance. But as it turned out, after it was injected, the left side of the lower lip is still thinner than the right side (non symmetrical). On top of that, I also noticed on the next day my upper lip had filler migration and it was so obvious so I went back two days later to have the whole filler on upper lip dissolved. I am disappointed. I paid $775.00 for this. I learned just because a lip injector is an MD does not mean she/he does a better job that an ARNP when it comes to this type of work. I have had lip filler procedures on my lips three times previously and it was always done by an ARNP and I always had great results.

From the moment I stepped through the doors, the team was welcoming and comfortable! This was my first surgery so I was a bit nervous, but Dr.Chung and her team did an amazing job with calming my nerves. And also getting me excited for this change! Dr. Chung and her staff are amazing! I felt so comfortable with her the second we met. I saw Dr. Chung to have an implant removal surgery. My first breast augmentation, that was performed by a different surgeon, had so many complications and I just wanted the implants removed. I immediately felt better after my surgery and all of the pain and discomfort that I was dealing with was gone. A year after my removal I decided to try for another breast augmentation and I knew I wanted to schedule it with Dr.Chung. She had done such an amazing job with my first surgery and I trust her judgment and suggestions. We decided to choose a different brand of implant, size and placement. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr.Chung and her office!

I had first went to a different provider for a consultation on a procedure. That provider suggested a different procedure which I didn’t agree with, that option was super expensive and they charged me for the consultation. About a year later I found Dr Chung and the experience was so different. She took time with me to answer my questions, didn’t charge for the consultation, and the procedure was a very respectable price. Going through the procedure all the staff was extremely friendly and I felt very well taken care of. I am still seeing Dr Chung for follow ups and she is just so fantastic. I’m so happy I found her.

Highly recommend Dr Chung for cosmetic procedures. I felt so comfortable with her. She is kind, genuinely caring, and honest. The office is very nice and all of the staff are friendly and personable. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with brow lift - Dr Chung did just as she promised, put everything back to where it used to be naturally. I am so happy!

I can’t say how pleased I am with my results with my breast documentation and breast lift! Dr. Chung is amazing. She took her time with me. Every question I had she answered it was just amazing experience. I would recommend her to anyone.!! My results are absolutely spectacular!!!
