I have ordered from Dried Flowers & Decor a few times now and each time their service has been prompt and packaged with such care and attention. The personalised message is a good touch and the flowers themselves are gorgeous. The smell and colour are of great quality and I love to support such a business and use their flowers in my products.

My first time dealing with this company and I can safely say it won’t be my last. I placed and nice order of flower to dress the tables in my restaurant and some how there was a mistake in my delivery address and they ended up in London and not Brockenhurst like they should. I message the company and Neil got back to me super fast. He then went off Track down the delivery and got then sent to the correct address. The products are great she the service is second to none. Thank you

I ordered about 10 bunches of dried flowers online,that I needed to compliment some fresh roses for a recent wedding. I contacted the company by phone after placing the order to check the flowers would arrive in time for me to make the arrangements. They were so helpful and obliging and checked my order and said they would fast track it to me to ensure I got it. The quality of the flowers was excellent, the colour, quantity etc was just perfect. They were well packaged and arrived in good condition. A note on how to care and arrange the flowers was included which could be useful if you are new to arranging dried flowers. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again for the above reasons stated.

I bought some silver palm leaves to add an accent to a vase. There were some left over so I combined these with the purple grasses that were sent as a complimentary extra to make an arrangement in other ornaments I had. I'm very happy with the service, product and value for money. The only thing I would query is why the stems are only sprayed silver part of the way down?

I'm very late leaving this review as ordered over a month ago now, but wanted to make sure I left something as the service from this shop was really great. I ordered some bunches of rainbow gypsophila for a photoshoot, and the shop managed to get it into the post for me on the same day (even though I was actually later than the cut off). The flowers arrived very quickly and they were absolutely stunning. I received a free gift and a handwritten card also which were so lovely. I would definitely recommend this shop, both for service and quality, and will order from them in the future. Thankyou!
