When I see these reviews I get angry. Dr. HAMZA asks his patients to write a review the next day of the procedure. You don't feel bad at that time everything will be numb with medications and you will be exited to see your new self. You will be wearing a compression garment. He shows you photos of yourself. Photos and video he takes when you were unconscious, after the procedure laying down were your silhouette looks very good and he would be extremely nice and positive,till that point. However, the end results won't reflect that photo. Discoloured skin, uneven and bumbs everywhere. Corrections r charged for, so one has to take that extra expense, which is not cheap, into consideration. After correction he suggested another procedure and told me that the end result is what it is because my skin is not good.. This is not what he said during consultation, before the procedures. During consultation he was complementing my skin and saying my skin is good and lipo is perfect for someone like me he also suggested to do the procedure in other parts of my body. Which I did.. huge mistake. So if you r thinking of doing something think twice or more and more times .. As to me he is a super great sales person. In my experience my silhouette changed,my waist line is more defined . (SLIGHTLY no one noticed) my tummy is so un even and discoloured my tighs looks like an empty sack of potatoes with so much bumbs they look like cellulite. So it was not worth the money the risk and THE EMOTIONAL roller coaster.
Amazing Pec Implant Result with Dr Hamza
I couldn't be happier with my results from Dr. Hamza. The symmetry is perfect, and the implants are completely undetectable — even up close. He was incredibly thorough from the first consultation through to post-op care, making sure every detail was just right. If you're considering male pec implants, Dr. Hamza is the best in the field. The Best Decision I Ever Made – 7 Years Later and Still So Happy
I had my BBL with Dr. Hamza in 2018, and to this day, it’s still the best decision of my life. Before the surgery, I had no curves — my body always felt a bit “off” to me. I thought I just needed to fill my "hip dips" (that too many of us obsess over) and needed a bit more meat on ym thighs, but whst i discivered was I needed a more 360 solution. I didnt realise how much I needed and I never imagined I could look so different - the results far exceeded my expectations. I met Dr Hamza in Chelsea, but I decided for my own reasons to have the surgery in Malta. From the moment I arrived in Malta for the surgery, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Everyone was absolutely amazing — I felt completely safe and cared for. The ciu tey was lovely - id never been before - i loved the hotel i chose. The surgery was not at all as pai ful as id worried about. I thought id be constipated - i ended up over corrwcting in the other direction, i drank a litre of prune juice which i dont recommend. Immodium saved the day before i flew home. Dont drink so much prune juice! The flying experience was definitely surreal. I sat on the rubner ring for take off and landing and i kneeled on the floor throughout. The easyjey staff were surprisingly accommodating! I was honest about what id done which i thought wohld be embarrasing but they were all lovely. The taxi back from gatwick was horrid! 2 hours lying face down in a cramped taxi. Recovery wasn’t easy — I had to stand at work for six full weeks. I had a standing desk and i could tell the time by how much my feet hurt - 2pm every day they started throbbing. Sleep was hard, relaxing was hard - but I never once doubted it was worth it. I spent those 6 weeks dancing in front of the mirror and cheering myself. The difference in how I was treated in the world afterwards was night and day. I AM a different person, the confidence I gained rippled through every part of my life. I recently went back to see Dr. Hamza for a follow-up, and he showed me some of my before photos. I was shocked. I barely recognised myself — I’d honestly forgotten how I used to look. Seeing those photos next to the results he gave me made me feel incredibly grateful all over again. Dr. Hamza has a true artist’s eye. His work is subtle yet transformative. My shape looks natural, feminine, and just right. And it’s lasted — seven years on, the results are still beautiful. Choosing the right surgeon makes all the difference, and I’m so glad I chose him. This surgery changed my life. If you’re considering a BBL and want someone with real expertise and aesthetic sensitivity, I can’t recommend Dr. Hamza highly enough. Im aware that choosing the wrong surgeon van have lethal consequences. This is not a surgery to scrimp on. Scrimp on a bleph - splurge on a BBL/ Facelift

Very natural looking chest and reshaped my post baby body
Dr Hamza has been the most amazing surgeon, and Support! I had my first breast augmentation in 2016 - which was perfect, he and his team were 100% responsive, supportive and the outcome was amazing! After some complications with one breast from my pregnancy 7 years later, he supported/was contactable for me whilst on his personal holiday, then him and his team also performed emergency surgery (rather than a French general team) to ensure the best possible outcome and future reconstruction. Now 9 years on and 8 weeks post operation, he has given back my confidence with a perfect size, very natural looking chest and reshaped my post baby body - his whole team were available to answer questions over text, the Clinique were lovely and friendly - amazing service and the operation aftercare and healing has been great. Im incredibly happy and lucky to have found Dr Hamza all those years ago - he is as good as they say!!
Extremely talented & professional surgeon, skinny BBL gave me curves back
I am so grateful to Dr Hamza for giving me my curves back after undergoing a skinny BBL with him. My case was complex due to lower BMI but he has given me amazing ratios that I never thought possible. My shape had become very square and I was deeply unhappy. I am very tall and naturally skinny so he really did an amazing job and I am so happy with the results. The recovery was absolutely fine and the hospital staff were also super lovely. Overall a 5* service from start to finish! I am extremely impressed.
8 days post-op and super happy with how I look
From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. During the first consultation and pre op consultation, Dr. Hamza provided me with very detailed info about the procedure, post surgery, and what to expect. Everybody was so sweet and kind and reassured me every step of the way. After surgery, Dr. Hamza explained to me how it all went and what I should do for a speedy recovery. Just a tip guys, don’t stay searching online about your questions and fears on the procedure etc. Ask Dr. Hamza! I had so many concerns about the procedure because I googled my concerns rather than speaking to Dr. Hamza. Dr. Hamza was kind enough to answer each and every question in detail. Because of this, I went to the operation prepared more than ever and enjoyed each step of this experience. With regards to pain, thank God I suffered no pain wahatsoever other than soreness. I rested during most of the day but did walk a bit every now an then and did small movements with my hand just to not get lazy. I am now 8 days post op, with the bra and super happy with how I look.The before pic was taken 2 days before surgery and the after pic is 7 days post surgery. Although they are still swolen since its only been a week, they already have a natural look. Thankyou Dr. Hamza!
Back, flanks, tummy & fat transfer to hip dips - felt pain I could handle
I read so many negative reviews regarding to pain after the surgery which made me really anxious and stressed. I did my surgery yesterday back, flanks, tummy and fat transfer to hip dips. I felt pain yes but I could handle it. It was like I did a lot of squats lunges and sit ups, thats it. I could wake up but myself after 4 hours from surgery, walk alone, used the stairs and went to the bathroom by my own. Important to walk slowly don’t rush. I wish that I found good review like this before surgery for sure I would be more calm.
Lot of swelling at first and was scared, but it would go down
Dr Hamza assured me I would get the results I wanted and I did. Through out my journey or healing if I had an questions he would answer them. Only a few weeks post-op, my figure has already much improved
I had my BBL with Dr. Hamza a few weeks ago and the experience was just great. Dr. Hamza walked me through the process and made sure I was always comfortable and the result is much better than I could have ever expected. I am only a few weeks post-op but my figure has already much improved. I could not be happier with the result so far and I would choose Dr. Hamz and his team again to get my procedure done. The day of the procedure everything went smoothly and the staff at the hospital was very nice and make me comfortable. Dr. Hamza removed 6 liters of fat to contour my body and the result is just stunning. I cannot wait to see the final result.

Experience looks to be worthwhile - a month post surgery I feel fine
A month post surgery i feel fine and looking forward for the final results which so far look good. Dr. Hamza is an experienced doctor and this was very important for me to decide to go through the procedure. Thankfully there were no complications. Staff at St. James Sliema were very caring too.

An incredible surgeon and thrilled with my results
An incredible surgeon and thrilled with my results and it’s only been 3weeks! I would probably suggest if anyone is interested in getting the procedure done to stay in for the night to be monitored as I did lose a lot of blood afterwards when I was home without noticing it was an issue but am on thinners so that didn’t help! However I never in a million years thought I would get this new body so I can’t rate Dr Hamza enough and certainly would recommend him, just read the aftercare booklet which I failed to do! Aftercare is so important however Dr Hamza does answer messages and queries to you at all times :) I was driving 2 weeks post procedure and now I feel absolutely great and even have dropped a dress size so I am one Happy mumma :)
Avoid for BBL! Woke up with no projection
TLDR: Paid £11k for BBL and inner thigh lipo. Dr. Hamza was 5 hours late for my surgery, seen me around 8pm yawning as he marked me up. Woke up with no projection like I asked him for and a flat patch on right buttock. 3 days post op, flat patch was more visible and had lumps on my upper buttocks.2 weeks post op, instead of telling me the lumps would go down from the pics i sent via email, he asked me travel 90mins without being able to sit for an opportunity to take photos (of the back) for his Instagram. 6 months post op, lumps still there and no volume in buttocks.Had to travel again for Dr. Hamza to tell me that it would be another £9000 to get the results that I ORIGINALLY asked him for or £2500 a small alteration under local anaesthetic. He said its because I had hip dips…which he knew before the surgery and was the reason for surgery in the first place.Backstory: I have always been a voluptuous lady but have (Yes, still!) a flat bum. As it runs in my family I knew this wasn’t something that was going to be fixed by diet or exercise so in Oct 2020, during the pandemic I decided to go for it as I have yearned for a big bum before BBL even existed!I ignored the bad reviews on here about Dr. Hamza because I believed that the good outweighed the bad and my chances were good…sigh.Consultations: Dr Hamza is polite but direct, he is happy to answer your questions and was honest with me about my skin quality (pretty poor from losing and gaining weight throughout the years) but isn’t very forthcoming providing information ie, what type of faja you will need, what kind of painkillers he would prescribe etc.He was honest about the fact that he only spends an our working on you during the surgery.I opted for inner thigh lipo to even my legs out which cost an extra £1000 on top of the £10,000 for the BBL making the surgery total £11,000…more on this later.Leading up to the surgery was unorganised, I felt as though I wasn’t sure what was going on but I jumped through hoops to arrange testing etc. His PA Lamia, was helpful and responds to emails in a timely manner.Day of surgery: Now this is when I should have walked away. You are not allowed to eat on the day of surgery and my surgery was booked at 3:15pm. This didn’t happen. I was left in a room, worried, alone and starving until around 8pm.When Dr. Hamza finally arrived and marked me up he was physically yawning which is not what you want to see when you are putting your life in someone’s hands!! I came on my period then and there, it trickled down my leg as he drew on me, fortunately he was understanding of this so I wasn’t too embarrassed. I re-iterated to him what I want to achieve which was projection and he said he can do this.When I woke I was cold, disorientated and felt sick, I was already laid on my stomach.The staff at the Harley Clinic were very attentive, turned on the heating and got me some food and anti sickness medicine. I was concerned about not having my compression garment on and had to request the staff help me get it on, I would have thought that they would have been advised to get me in to this as soon as possible but there seemed to be no sense of urgency about it.I wasn’t in any pain at all, just felt sick, dizzy, weak and my movement was restricted.Eager to see my new bum, the nurse took some pictures for me at my request (see pics) … it wasn’t what I was expecting but thought that the healing process would change my results and I should wait and see.Because my surgery was scheduled for the afternoon, luckily I was already prepared to stay overnight. They kept a circulation machine on my legs that went off intermittently every 5-10 minutes so I got very little sleep but the nurses were amazing, they were so attentive and only a buzz away.The staff also informed me that Dr. Hamza had made a mistake with my surgery booking time with the hospital, which was why I was left waiting for so long.The next day: Dr Hamza came to check I was ok and confirmed that I was alright to go home. My friend picked me up and I laid in the back seat for an uncomfortable 90minute car ride home.Recovery: I had watched so many BBL YouTube videos that I had scared myself and I emphasised this to Dr. Hamza during the consultation stages. He assured me that he would use a strong local anaesthetic and that I wouldn’t feel any pain for 3 days, at the time I was dubious of this because I hadn’t seen anyone write about this in their reviews but he stuck to his word. I was given ibuprofen and paracetamol only.All I felt during recovery was discomfort and restriction. I only went to faint once when taking off the dressings.As you can see from my pics, I woke up with an obvious flat part on my right buttock. This got flatter and a lump at the top remained and so 3 days post op (see pics its so obvious!) I emailed Lamia with photos regarding this and an appointment was made to see him 2 weeks post op.I had to stand for an hour on a train to London and kneeled in a taxi to the hospital for a 5 min appointment with Dr. Hamza to tell me that I looked great and the lump is normal and will go down with healing (why couldn’t he tell me this without making me pay to travel for an hour and a half in discomfort ???) oh and he asked to take some pictures for instagram which I agreed. You can see my pictures from the back only even though he takes 8 photos from each angle and you can see why he wouldn’t promote his work from the remaining angles.He also said I could sit from week 3, I didn’t end up sitting until week 6 and it was still so uncomfortable.When the swelling went down I lost any little volume that I had on my bum and I began to lose my hips as well. Disappointment is an understatement.The skin on my back felt like it was ripping, I was fed up of being uncomfortable and the burning sensations were horrible during my recovery and it feels like the weeks drag on forever. It wasn’t until month 6 where I could actually say I felt “normal” again.Not to mention the mental side of it all which I would say is the worst part, especially when you have results like mine and you’re desperately researching where peoples lumps had dropped or hopping that the “fluffing stage” would fix it… it didn’t.I was in constant contact with Lamia and Dr. Hamza regarding my results and saw Dr. Hamza for two post op appointments. The first was 2 weeks post op and the second was 6 months, this was when he told me that if I wanted projection I would have to do it all again and quoted me £9000 or he could just try and fix the lump under local anaesthetic and quoted me £2500…. I was in shock.I had more confidence before the surgery as now, in fitted clothes my butt looks horrible. Imagine paying £10k for a nice round butt to be left with lumps and dips and then getting told that news with the excuse that it was because I have hip dips… he obviously knew this already from my consultations and it being the reason for my whole surgery!Scars - they’re everywhere and very visible. The one on my left side of my stomach is very high and you can see the mess on my back in the pics.Now coming up to a year later, I’m still in disbelief of what this man has put me through, mentally and physically. The audacity he has to ask for more money for what he and Lamia call a “top-up” which is a term they use to cover up “fix” or “revision.” £11,000 is ALOT of money to me and I have effectively paid this for lipo to my lower back and some lipo around my stomach (where so much fat still remains, as well as in my inner thighs )Please, avoid this man for a BBL. Fat Transfer and Lipo
I had a mummy tummy after having twins - no matter how much I exercised I still looked pregnant. After losing 2 stone and getting back to my ideal weight- I was so sad that my stomach still was there! I went to see Dr Humza - I have never had cosmetic surgery and was very reluctant to have a full tummy tuck. Dr Humza assured me I could achieve the same result with Lipo and fat transfer to the breast. It sounded so good - and trust me, it is! The surgery was flawless - yes, sore on day but I went back to work the next day (I work from home) and 2 weeks later - I’m astounded. Dr Humza showed me the before and after and I am unrecognisable to the ageing mummy body - my stomach is flat and my breasts are a full cup size bigger, fuller and look lifted! If you’re contemplating surgery - go for it. I wish I’d done it sooner instead of procrastinating. Thank you Dr Humza and Lucia for the care, attention and absolutely mind blowing results.

After having multiple consultations with different surgeons, I finally came across Dr. Hamza who understood exactly what I wanted. On the day of the surgery, the team at Welbeck Hospital was splendid and cared for me well. Almost four weeks post-op and I am healing well and cannot wait to see results once everything completely settled. I am so happy I ended up going with dr.Hamza, he listened to what I wanted and gave me his guidance when choosing size and what result I was after and always gave me his honest opinion which I appreciate. I was terrified to have surgery as it was my first time but it was so smooth sailing and practically pain free, only discomfort. I would rate my experience a 10/10 as I got exactly what I wanted - now almost 4 months post op and my breasts look amazing and feel as though they are a part of my body. Super happy with the overall experience and would never go with another surgeon.
