I will never take my Subaru anywhere other than D&R.
After starting out with another Subaru service center in Indy last year, I was worried that all service centers were going to be like "that" place.
I am happy to admit that I was wrong.
Dreyer & Reinbold Service is unmatched.
Specifically John Stephenson.
I never have to reach out to get an update on my Subi. He always calls to keep my in the loop of what's going on.
Also, they are so accommodating with my schedule.
I have used D&R for service on 2 different occasions and have had such a refreshing experience compared to the other place.
Thank you for not making me jump through hoops to get my vehicle serviced.
You guys definitely know how to make customers happy so they actually want to be loyal to you! Thank you!
absolutely insane place, I took my car in for an issue I received a warranty letter and they are trying to charge a diagnostic fee that the salesman didn’t disclose it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. I got nowhere w/ the rep who was trying to stick me with a fee I’m not responsible for per warranty, then was sent to a manager who needs to learn how to listen empathetically to customers, not interrupt them or take an attitude while speaking with them. pushing customers to the point where they are frustrated/upset, then getting upset and offended that they’re upset with you is no way to conduct business. I hope someone high up is listening to their calls because whew! that was unacceptable. I had this lady on speaker and jaws were on the floor. never coming back here due to this experience and the fact they can never get anything right with my sub.
Xavier is an excellent young man! He took me home while I waited for my truck to get an oil change and picked up! Everyone in the service Department did an amazing job. Thank you guys!
I’ll be sure to bring in all of MY BMWS for future service. The Alpina is due for service as well. See you guys again soon
My daughter and I came together to purchase a new forester. The guy with blonde hair never even came out to greet us as we shopped in the parking lot.. Walked in and asked a question, and he walked away as he answered like he had no time for her.. We both found it offensive, so we we left. MY daughter came back alone anyway, hoping to test drive one. Asked to see inside and got handed keys, and left alone to go look at it herself. Yet again, no one assisted her walked out or even attempted to sell the car, so she just walked back in and gave the keys back and left. I asked if it was the same cold shoulder blonde salesman, and she said yes. She felt weird even bothering the guy at this point.. She left and went to Speedway subaru on the 16th, and they took great care of her and were happy to show her the respect she deserved and put her in a brand new whip for a great deal. Needless to say that we will never EVER do business at Dreyer & Reinbild Subaru because of this experience or refer anyone that loves her new Subaru your direction either.
Do better for the next customer, or you might lose them 2.
I highly recommend going to see Feras to purchase your next new car! He was so wonderful to work with, very friendly and was able to make our experience awesome! The whole team there was so awesome, and they were very accommodating. By far the best car dealership I’ve been, and on the plus side they have very clean cars to choose from!
I've taken my 2021 Subaru Outback XT there whenever I needed warranty work, CVT fluid flush, diff fluid change, etc, and for the most part they do right by me. However I do not appreciate not being told I will be charged $160 for a head unit update that I could've done myself in 15 minutes.
I discovered while my car was in the shop that Subaru FINALLY released the firmware to allow for full screen Android auto, and I figured hey, why not see if they can do it while it's in there, not sure why it wouldn't be free as I've done previous ones on my own with a USB drive in 15 minutes. Well I finally come to pick up my car (hour drive one way), and I get footed with an elevated bill. $160 to spend 15 minutes updating my HUs firmware.
I really wish I was told it costed that much, at least told it costed something, but I'm not surprised they didn't seeing as it's a dealership and they only want more of your money.
Oh, they also disconnected my dash cam... Yeah that's not cool.
I can no longer recommend this dealership anymore, I'm pretty disappointed.
