Your website called dresslayer.com is advertising and selling on Facebook Stetson Hats for under $10 for your Black Friday Doorbuster Sale. I suspect dresslayer is from China. Is this a legitimate retailer of Stetson and are these hats genuine or knockoffs? Dresslayer advertises that the hats are "authentic".

SCAM..BUYER BEWARE!!! Read fine print carefully..not the fake reviews. So many companies on Facebook are from China & even if they have Return Policy it will cost YOU more to ship than cost of item. The shipping on invoice is $15 but NOT if I ship. Company response is..pay to have it altered (cost/time double) sell it at FLEA MARKET & we will refund $13 on a $150.00 dress. That tells a lot about the quality of the dresses.... I have learned a good lesson... Also..they make you go thru PayPal so your dispute is with PayPal NOT your Credit Card company. I would never have bought if I known (read fine print) it was coming from China. If you watch ads that come across Facebook they are the same pictures/models for many different companies. Facebook definitely does not care that these are NOT reputable companies I quess a source of income for Facebook.

They have a 30-day money back policy. I ordered a dress that came in a completely different measurement than was on their site and didn't fit. When I contacted them about the sizing issue, they offered me 2 choices. An exchange in which they would send a correct size, or a refund. I chose the exchange.
They then contacted me to say they were out of stock even though their store was "in stock." They offered me a refund but of only a fraction of the price. I paid almost $60 and they said they'd refund $13. I declined and escalated to Pay Pal.
They asked me to remove my claim from Pay Pal or they would not resolve it with me. I said i would remove it after a resolution. They refused to chat in the Pay Pal dispute chat. I didn't trust them because once you take down a dispute in Pay Pal it's permanently closed and cannot be reopened.
At this point they told Pay Pal they would offer me a $5 refund. Less than what they first offered. Of course I declined.
They lied to Pay Pal saying I got exactly what I ordered and Pay Pal didn't even contact me to ask questions even though I gave ample proof.
Do NOT deal with this seller. They have cute stuff, yes, but they are terrible as a vendor. I'm okay with the loss as long as people know who they really are and heed this warning.

You sent my package to an OLD address. I VERY CLEARLY put the correct shipping address in where it said to now I don't have my package and you claim there is nothing you can do about it. It was YOUR Employees ERROR. I WILL NEVER shop with your company and will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT IT AND I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB.
Don’t buy anything from rosedresslily, they take your money then when the product is to small they won’t give you your money back. They just send a new item next size larger and when that doesn’t they say well we tried but you can’t return items and no refund. So your left with 2 items that are useless to you but you should be happy at least we tried! What a bunch of bull.
I guess that I should read reviews before ordering from these sketchy companies. I ordered a dress that was really pretty on the site. When I received the dress there was no lining like the one on the site. I’ve sent emails, posted on their Facebook and IG, but no response. Lesson learned.
They don't have always what you order
Prices are great. But don't expect too much in timeliness and quality. I ordered December 6th. January 10th they send me an email saying they don't have some of the items I ordered. Then a few weeks later I received the clothing I ordered that they did have. They at least refunded me for the clothing they didn't have.

Longggggggg time for shipping!
I can't rate the products I purchased because I'M NEVER GETTING THEM! The tracking # they gave me cannot even be found. I've even tried to google the shipping company from the tracking# and I don't find anything! It has been over 3 weeks already since I placed my order & paid. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift! VERY UPSET

I ordered a dress for my college graduation and was told a delivery date that would work. After trying to get an answer on the delay they just kept giving me the run around. I asked to cancel and get my money back and they ignored me. Still have not seen the dress or my money back. They just send emails that mean nothing! Bad company!

Lousy service
Ordered on November16th of 23 and have contacted them three times and have still not received my order. I would not refer this company to anybody. Today is dec. 6 of 23. I have printed off everything from the order to the texts to their and from their customer service centers, who are of no help what so ever..

I never received my order and customer service was awful. I even selected to purchase insurance during checkout. What is the point of that if not to make sure I can get a refund when the package didn't arrive.
I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their newsletter and am still receiving emails from them. I clicked the unsubscribe button multiple times. When that didn't make the emails stop, I contacted their customer service online who assured me I would now be removed from their email list. Now I am getting emails that don't even have an unsubscribe button at the bottom. This is harassment.
