Made my appointment here 6 months ago when I called to see if what time was my appointment the lady hung up on me she was very rude about it and then she told me that she had to verify my insurance so they should have done that 6 months ago when I made my appointment so I called her back and asked her if she had verified my appointment yet and she said that I would have to find another Dentistry to go to and was about to hang up on me then and I asked her why and please don't hang up on me and then she said cuz I went to another dentist in 2024 which Grant you I haven't had teeth in my mouth for 20 years so therefore I haven't made no appointments in 2024 to a dentist appointment so then she was going to hang up on me again so I told her that she was very rude I wouldn't want to come to her office anyway because due to the rudeness and that she wanted to hang up on me then to go ahead cuz I was going to report her well I'm going to report her as soon as I can find the head person to that office because she wouldn't even give me his name or her name so therefore I would suggest no one to go to this office due to the receptionist being awfully rude and hateful

Today my mother went to the Dentist for her appointment that she scheduled over 2 weeks ago. Today she gets there and her appointment was no where to be found in the system. Shes been in a lot of pain and she expressed that to the office when she called to make the appointment. I see other reviews where the excuse is they are going thru some changes in the office. Clearly there have been changes but this is no excuse to not have put the appointment in the system. A couple of months ago it was another incident where they were supposed to call her back to let her know her copay amount and she never got a call back. Went to her appointment and copay was 135 which my mom did not have. This behavior is unacceptable to loyal customers who go twice a year for cleanings and have to take the medical bus service to get there and was not able to be seen TWICE.

This dentist used to be great but lately it’s been nothing but trouble. Canceling appointments for my children with no notice, then almost refusing to schedule them. They blame staff shortages but over the last few months I’ve noticed the manager is absolutely rude to say it the nicest way. She basically told me to find a new dentist when I asked if they would still see my children in the next few months. Currently my daughter has an abscess and I called with a question, she hung up before I was finished talking and when I called back to let her know I’d be in Wednesday if I didn’t get a call she got rude saying if he was with a patient what would I do, I replied wait and she said well then you have your answer and hung up again. She basically told me when I took my daughter in to find a new dentist, I’ll be doing just that after I get my prepaid cleaning. My children will be switching before their next cleaning. This business is failing and I believe she’s to blame for all of the staff leaving also.

I’ve been going here for over 3 years now. I came in as someone who had neglected their teeth for more than a decade, and they have never once been judgmental. They’ve always been kind, informative, and professional. They even caught my daughter’s crossbite years before it likely would have been noticed otherwise. I know they’ve been going through a tough time recently, but they have still handled everything with professionalism and care. They had to reschedule my appointment through no fault of their own, and they were genuinely so apologetic. As someone with major dental anxiety, I truly cannot thank this office enough for giving me my smile back!

Because it wouldn’t be fair to give a 1 due to me actually having a good experience with the dentist and assistants, today my experience was very negative due to the receptionist, an older Asian/hispanic lady who said she’s in charge. She made my child and I feel unwelcomed by her unprofessionalism, careless attitude, and coldness. She had no proper greeting as if she’s working in a setting where such is necessary. She barely acknowledged us when we walked in. She also was asking for my sons social to “verify” that we could receive care through our insurance to which I’ve never in my life have been asked that of any doctor or dentists I’ve gone to as long as I’ve had health insurance which is over 14+ years. I believe in part that was partly the issue of her treating us like scum. We watched another patient walk in and her voice gets chipper to greet this specific individual. My child also picked up on the difference. It’s unfortunate people make assumptions based on one’s health insurance or how they’re dressed or the skin they live in. I truly hope that’s not the case here, but my intuition says otherwise. I made a decision after my child was seen we would no longer be going back but he didn’t even get to be seen after waiting close to 10 months. However, no problem. We will go where we are welcomed with open arms with a warm smile, greeting and professionalism.

I made an appointment for my 2 kids on 9/2/25, they were book so the appointments were for 3/24/26, 6 months. I called today because I only received a reminder for 1 kid. The receptionist immediately said oh yeah this appointment might get canceled because we do not have a hygienist(the appt. Isn’t even until next week). I told her the appointment was made for both kids, not just 1. She said if I rescheduled then they wouldn’t get seen until November.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was a patient of Dr Kriebel. He did amazing work and had a whole treatment plan for us at his old office. We had appointments for 2 o’clock (made the appointments not even a month ago) and come to find out his office shut down. No one called to let us know or anything. We had to find out the day of our appointment by ourselves. So I found out he now works here. I spoke to the receptionist multiple times trying to get answers and she was quite rude and not helpful and just kept insisting on writing down my name and number. She did not want to help me out and she made that clear. Saying I couldn’t speak to Dr Kriebel because he “has patients”. We were his patients too. I waited around all day to get a call back just to get any answers and never got a call. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I see why the reviews have been nothing but 1 stars recently, if you are thinking about becoming a patient, don’t. You could be left high a dry.

I needed a permanent bridge and three teeth capped. Dr. Covert did an exceptional job at an extremely reasonable price. He charged half of what Lane and Associates quoted me which made it doable. I am very appreciative of their work. My teeth look great.

I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and never had issues until recently. An appointment I made months in advance was canceled by the office, and I had to call myself to get rescheduled sooner instead of waiting until June ( my original appointment was supposed to be last fall). The day before the appointment, they called me to change the time. When I expressed concern about the constant schedule changes, I was told “find another dentist,” which was shocking and felt insensitive. I’ve always had great relationships with the Drs and staff, but something has clearly changed.

My family and I have been coming here for several years, Dr. Covert is truly wonderful. Unfortunately, the recent experiences I’ve had with the new front office staff have been very disappointing and do not reflect the level of care and professionalism I’ve come to expect from his practice. I’ve had multiple appointments canceled unexpectedly, and when I call to reschedule, I’m told the earliest availability is several months out. Despite being placed on a “waitlist” for an earlier opening, I’ve never received a follow-up call. What’s been most frustrating is the lack of professionalism when expressing these concerns. On two separate occasions, I was told over the phone that I could “find another dentist” as well as “there are other options,” which felt dismissive and unnecessary. I hope the office recognizes the need to improve so the overall experience can match the quality of care Dr. Covert provides.

So I was abandoned twice from this practice. First my hygienist moved away and they never called as a courtesy to let me know and then I called to make an appointment with Dr ambrose (because nobody has called me to reschedule my appointment.) Then I'm told he retired. Again nobody sent any courtesy email or phone call to his patients to let them know. How is a business supposed to build trust with their patients if they keep you in the dark and abandon you. I will be finding a new practice to go to.

Dr. Covert and his staff are terrific. They got me in quickly after I fractured a tooth... thought I would need a bridge... but, Doc Covert and his assistant Yeiny, worked 3 hours on my root canal and saved my tooth . Any other dentist would have just pulled it and made me a bridge.... thanks for the extra effort Doc!

Been with them over 30yrs and never had an issue till now. Not returning important calls, no one knows what the other is doing, waited 25 mins before I asked abt my appointment, she finally found someone to see me. Now jumping through hoops to get a partial done correctly. On a call for over 10 mins and again no one knows what’s going on. TOTAL disappointment!!!!

Had an appointment for my son in May that got cancelled and scheduled for August. Received a text 45 minutes before the appointment in August that it was cancelled again and needed to be rescheduled again. Last time he was seen there was October. They can cancel same day as your appointment but you have to give them 24 hour notice or pay a fee. Wont be back. Gave 3 stars because the hygenist is a very friendly person.

They do a great job when/if you can get seen. My June appointment was cancelled the morning of and postponed to July. The July appointment was cancelled 4 hours prior to the appointment time and rescheduled for February. I've wasted 2 days of sick time and still haven't been seen. They said they are way over booked. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Covert and his staff are absolutely phenomenal !!!! My children have been going there for over 10 years and always look forward to their visits. I am so extremely happy that the entire team has made my kids love going to the dentist. I, as their dad, have had many bad experiences over my 58 years and I am very uncomfortable and put off going to the dentist. Dr. Covert and his outstanding team of super caring professionals really listen to my needs and concerns and go way above and beyond to make me feel at ease, comfortable and darn near relaxed when I am in their care. Without such super caring people like Valentina and Dr. Covert (whom I call the dream team), I would definitely not be able to sit and get the work done that I so much need. I will never be able to fully express how life changing this team is. I've endure many unpleasant experiences both in and out of the military and I just wish I was as fortunate as my children, and have only utilized Dr. Covert and his family of dental staff. I recommend this office so highly it is immeasurable. Thank you Dr. Covert, Valentina, Ms Beth and the whole team for giving my kids great experiences and for your extreme patience with this old, apprehensive Marine.

Awesome experience once again. They got me in the morning of a semi-emergent situation and I was out in an hour and a half. Doctor is awesome and Paris made it a fun and educational experience. Highly recommend!
