After a stressful day of finding drains totally blocked at my property in Cradley Heath
A lovely guy called Liam came from Draintech
He was so reassuring and professional
The blockage was not easy to clear and took him at lot longer then first thought
I was so grateful for his reassuring attitude he even advised my neighbours who may also be affected and advised them appropriately
I cannot thank Liam enough and if I encounter any further issues Draintech is first people to contact I have no hesitation in recommending them

Fantastic company, after 5/6 attemps from 2 other companies to find out the blockage issue which was coming back up through my disabled daughters wetroom. Draintech guy, came out in good response time and found the issue (which was a broken pipe, in the roding entry). Thank you for listening to me and investigating the issue properly 👏.

Left their rubbish on a community green after doing a neighbours drain. There is a bottle that has had Fiberglass Matting and resin along with waste from the drain which is biohazard at that point. Doubt they'll come and pick it up from other reviews. Reported to council so hope you enjoy your fine.
Awful service!! Overflowing man hole , left for 3 weeks toxic sewage in my garden all that time! Left bags of excrement at the top of my drive for a week before collecting after several complaints. Broken overflowing water pipe which claimed to have fixed still not fixed - promised to clean the garden, still excrement everywhere.
Avoid this company at all costs. Had to pay twice for an incompetent drain survey. What I was told by the engineer on both visits was contradicted by the boss who called me up and bullied me in to paying for his employees shoddy work. Didn't care about his employees work, just the money. Gave me the 30 years in business speech. Promised to send me an email with screen shots and videos proving his point. Did it happen? Nope. Got the money and ran. Never again would I use these cowboys.
Took ages to get a slot. Late both times. Second time was given a time (had to wait 2 weeks for it). I ring after the appointment time. He got delayed. Thanks for telling me! Shoddy customer service. Shoddy engineer. Shoddy promises from manager.
