Placed 3 different types of Sika render in my basket all priced at £24.02 on the website. I then called the sales line as I had a query regarding delivery. I was then told the would speak to Sika and come back to me. I was then advised the price was £40 per item!!! They had obviously priced the wrong item as the required items were still priced at £24.02 on the website. I have now received a amended invoice showing £30 per bag. I have priced and won a construction project using the rates shown on the website and now Dortech are not honouring these. Please see screenshot of rates.

Ordered a simple tool with 2 day delivery (as next day was priced ridiculously) notified me 2 days after ordering that the product would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Companies like this are so frustrating to deal with!

Excellent service from Dortech throughout our stable conversion and specifically from Lucy who was both very knowledgeable on the products and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

I put in an urgent order for next day delivery to Dortech for the project I am working on. Kim Ambler was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to ensure the package got to me the next day even though the ordering process went past the 12pm cut off. I have used Dortech a few times now which has always been spot on and will be using again.

I recently Bought some seem setting clamps to finish a kitchen worktop and without a doubt kimberly from customer service went above and beyond keeping me informed on every part of the sale and delivery. Id highly recommend dortech and will be using them again in the future. They put the big company's like bosch who ive had countless issues with regarding my router to shame. Thanks again.

Ordered in the morning for next day, all items were in stock on the website. Called the next day to find the part of the order they had in stock wasnt dispatched. Their customer service team didnt seem to see the problem as they would refund the next day charge? Received an email just after the phonecall to say they didnt have the rest of the order and that it would be another week. Apparently they followed all their internal systems so I can't possibly have a problem. Just not good enough. AVOID! In response to your reply: Your customer care team informed me 10 items were out of stock the day I ordered but only informed me the rest wasn't available after I called because you had not shipped the rest of the order the day after.... You appear to be very slippery in taking responsiblity for your failure. It is apparent either your stock system and intenral communication are bad or you are dropshipping from a supplier and dont have the items in stock to start with.

First time I ordered was great. Last time awful. I paid extra for 2 to 5 day delivery via DPD. 5 days came and went. I had to chase and hassle for any response. I was finally told that my delivery payment would be refunded, it hasn't been yet. Once my order arrived, I also discovered that not everything was dispatched, and yet again I have had no response. Now I am waiting for two refunds....

Fair prices with free delivery if you aren't in a hurry

We contacted Dortech because there was an issue with our order. Kimy in the Help Team was great and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently.

Really poor service. Item ordered, didn't turn up. Had to email several times to get a handle on what was going on. Three weeks later confirmed item wasn't available and refund issued. Had to purchase the item needed at short notice at 4 times the original purchase price. I would not order from here again.

Jason and his team are great to deal with very reactive and helpful to enquiries we made. We certainly will be coming back in the future.

Even that is was only small qyt we could buy the material. All went finally fine for us and we could do our testing. Thanks
