Doormatic Garage Doors recently installed a new garage door to the rear of my property in Nork Surrey. I found the process from initial contact to installation trouble free and everyone involved was personable and helpful. My only criticism would be that on the day of installation they could have been a bit more precise on arrival times. Otherwise would thoroughly recommend.

We needed new doors for the rear of our garage. Doormatic offered good value (a fraction of the large companies). Their surveyor was very helpful. Having received the quote, we were not pressured by salespeople. The installers arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful, and the job was complete in about 2 hours.

I am very pleased with our new garage door. The removal of the old doors and installation of the new up and over door was completed in about an hour. It looks great and is a good match to front door. I would definitely recommend them for their fast and friendly service.

Excellent work done by Doormatic on replacing my garage door and opener. As promised did it on time. A shout out to Mike, Joseph and Arman they did not rush in replacing the garage door and the opener, took their time, to see everything was done perfectly and explained everything before they could leave my home.

The service provided from inital visit to fit was without fault. They were patient with our questions, and confident that they could fit the motor onto a low ceiling despite other companies saying that it couldn't be done. Upon the day of fitting, the fitters were knowledgeable and thorough, and our new door looks great! Many thanks to the whole team.

Not sure where all the highly regarded reviews are coming from, booked someone to come and look at my garage door on a rental property.
Advised me nothing could be done to fix it and I needed a new motor.
However I picked up on a few things and went down a Google rabbit hole. Turns out there's a single button on the motor that fixed my issue entirely.
Clearly they just wanted to upsell even though I paid £120 for what was a 5 minute visit.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always value feedback on our services and on this occasion, it doesn't sound like we lived up to our normal standards.
We apologise if we made a mistake on this. As you mention, we do have plenty of reviews contesting that this isn’t what Doormatic are about. It seems this was a rather old model our engineer wasn’t completely clued up on. We have tried calling you to apologise and of course this would have been refunded if this information had been brought to our attention before hand.
